San Pedro is a town on the southern part of the island of Ambergris Caye in the Belize District of the nation of Belize , in Central America. Its sandy streets are lined with wooden houses, seafood restaurants and beach bars.
-San Pedro is said to have the most ostentatious, raucous Lobsterfest, featuring live music and endless parties.
-Caye Caulker is for sentimentalists: this is where Lobsterfest began. It’s cheaper to party here, too.
-Placencia’s reputation for hosting a unique lobster bacchanal is so widespread, residents won’t go elsewhere.

The lobster festival originated on Caye Caulker in 1994. That's the real one!!! I was living there at the time and there was talk of making it a big thing for the nation! Back then it was really different. It was very small and a very local community celebration, not nearly as much tourism. It looks like a pretty big deal now🎉💃It is serious cool and loving vibes everywhere. Go see Belize❤🔥

@@PhillyDom we have ruta maya happening this weekend. Which is a really.intense race but not talked about much. 2 man canoe teams start in cayo and race for 3 days to belize city. Its a party every night they stop

I'm sad, I had a parcel of land on the island in 2010 but no one to pass it to. Wanted to build a healing cove but disability not allowed to keep, like I said service & vets not treated right. Without network folks loose out, everyone got their hands held out to train you but SOMEBODY could have gotten this from me no cost just take over payments I got down to $129 a month HOA $250 yr.... When one loses we all loose! One day those that have will stop looking at those without, you next know how a mind works just because their low income.

I grew up in Belize born 57. Never knew a friend killed we went to Baron Bliss, swim behind Yarborough no murder. Went to Pallotti follow the rules Sunday go to movies. Yes it's vicious now but certain areas worse. Not all areas.

Lol..San Pedro is a tourist town, people interact with alot of foreigners on a daily basis, so it basically becomes natural to them..
English is the official language of Belize.
Actually, Creole is what they speak. When they go to school, is where they learn to speak Englis properly. Belizeans want to dress, speak and act like Americans.
