Great work there brother! Didn't make it to the end, will try and circle back, migraine coming on, need to hit the shower then the rack, up till 4 AM last night, exhausted, tinnitus bad today, some spine pain, may be facing another root canal soon temp crown put on recently, nightmares bad lately, too much doom scrolling, currently in 38 week BHIP at TVHCS / Nashville VA MC. USN-RET PDRL 30%, DVA 100% + P&T + PG1 + SCX3 + SMC-S. Your family is beautiful, you are so blessed! ~ Marc
Just turned 62 on the 4th. Handling my own claims via va.gov since I started back in 2020. I wouldn't have it any other way. Easy to me. The mobile app is also great. I would suggest for older vets to take a computer class at your local library, if applicable.
If you have a copy of old paper records. Make a second copy of records. Go thru one copy with a set of highlighters marking things as clay did. Then scan or take to get scanned Then use quick submit to upload. Old record now digital and highlighted I did that for all records I had in paper 1997-2012
I've been out of the military for almost 50 years and last year I was approved for Tinnitus due to the type of work I had in the service. I never knew that I had hearing loss until after I filed for my disabilities, but I recently had a hearing test at the VA hospital and found that I have hearing loss. How do I claim hearing loss after 50 years?
QUESTION: Clay for the PDF Files… are you making a FILE for each diagnosis / condition you are claiming? Ex: You had 3 Separate conditions on that one page of documentation entry. Do you make a copy of the PDF 3 times and stick it in the respective folder?
Clay, great video. I went thru my 3k page cfile page by page and using a free pdf editor, created a separate pdf file for each condition. This allowed me to handle my claims easier and made it easier for the rater as far as reading thru my claim. I was trying to help the va rater, help me!
I already have a rating, used a VSO in the past I've moved and don't have a VSO now. Now I want to submit my own claims. What is the VA Form 21-526EZ? Is this form required to be submitted when submitting on-line for claims?

You have a beautiful family good jod😊
I recommended VA claim insider. They got me approved for tinnitus and it only cost me less than $2500.
Eh, I highly doubt NOT recommend VACI. VetComm does the same exact thing but for a flat fee of $1197
- Clay
@@TheCivDiv It is half the price I paid, but VACI guaranteed results or I don't pay a dime.

Eh, hard to say really. If it were me I would only do 1 file with everything there.

Clay what is the difference between quick submit vs the upload docs when having a claim on the VA website?
Nothing
