Hi! I have the same Pioneer DDJ SX2 Controller. I've set it up the same way, however, I played a song and turned up the effects knob and didn't hear effects on the song.
Can you please come up with new videos like about phrasing and more as you promised in ur videos? It would be very helpful for beginner djs like us please. May god bless you 🙏
I am having an issue on Serato DJ Pro where the effects wont work. Where it shows the 4 decks on this video mine does NOT say 1,2,3,4. Instead in the area where the decks would be listed, on mine it says "Insert Enabled" with the USB symbol next to it. My effects will NOT work at all. I hope you have a little insight on this because I am lost lol.
@@missiondj6070 im using 2 different setups. 1. Rev-7 2. Rane Seventy Mk-2 mixer / x2 Rane 12 mk2 Obviously using them separately. Im assuming the setting would be different on each setup. Help! 🤣🤣🤣
For example flanger FX sounds better for me in a beat count of 4 and echo beat count of 1/2. Can I have them each on their own beat count at the same time?
@@morrismurimi6615 I see what you're asking now, great question. As far as I know you cannot since it seems likely that you would need multiple beat multipliers (or beat counts) one for each effect and to my knowledge there isn't a way to get that, yet.
Beginner DJ here and this video was VERY HELPFUL 🎉🎉🎉 thanks
Happy to help!

Thanks so much!
Straightforward and wonderfully demonstrated! You got my sub! ❤
thank you!
What top 3 FX do you recommend for transitions? Especially for a beginner DJ.
Echo, reverb and flanger.

Great video. Thank You
Hi. Great video. What does the T and D mean? Sometimes they appear next to the beat. Thanks
Thank you for the kind words. I can't seem to find what you are referring to unfortunately..

Thank you for the question, I have been super busy with a lot in my life recently but I do plan to add more content hopefully soon.

Can't be determined with just this unfortunately, whats your setup/gear you're using?

Help! 🤣🤣🤣
That’s on showing on mines, how can I make it appear?
How do I connect a mic? To my DJ controller.
1/4" cable my friend! Great channel by the way!
Excellent!
Really nice video. Can I have different beat count for each fx?
You can simply change the beat count for any effect you are going to use, every time. So to answer your question - technically yes!

What decks are u using
Pioneer DDJ-SR (discontinued, now there is the SR2 avail)
how did some of my effects got deleted automatically ?
perhaps you were running a trial which showed effects you pay for and that trial ended?
Can't I use it without a controller?
not to my knowledge, no
