I had the same problem. My mixture kinda clumped up. I think I'll run the chicken with the olive oil then sprinkle the dressing on the chicken right after so its evenly coated.

It’s not bland at all. You can add salt if you want but ranch seasoning already has salt so it might be too salty. But of course season to your own taste 👍🏼
I've been balling your recipe and I'm finally making it.The consistency of my mixture was lighter because I had lighter olive oil so I added a little butter.You had butter out but I never saw you use it.I will come back on and let ya know how it comes out.

Did you use the butter for anything..I didnt see if that was part of the recipe but noticed it on the counter.
