Considering that you're gonna feed all those coins back into the change machine, you really don't have to go through the trouble of taking them to the office to count them, you can just fill the change machine, take the bills, and consider that the week's income. It won't be exact, but over time, it should follow closely.
1. Congratulations on your new record. 2. It's sad that the kid hasn't learned his lesson. Looks like your going to have to criminal trespass him to get it to stop. 3. Truth of the matter is that anyone who would have the knowledge and skills to cut a key from a picture wouldn't waste their time. They would have the knowledge, skills, and tools to simply bypass them. Locks are only good for keeping honest people out. I've worked for locksmiths before and it's scary how easy it is to get into stuff. 4. Does your coin counter only count quarters? I thought I saw a dial to change coin values. 5. Keep it man I really appreciate your videos and the look behind the scenes.
Coin counter counts one coin at a time, i have to select the choice on a dial, then i can set rejection (It's set for accept quarter, reject all else) thus the hardees/carl JR cup full of dimes and nickels. I'll do a end-of-year count on those.
Those camera wires are all completely exposed, does the place have a drop ceiling you can put them up in, or maybe get some metal raceway channels you can put them in along the corner of the wall/ceiling?
Your doing the right thing with going to the police about the kid, if he didn’t learn from you being nice enough to go to his parents and not pressing charges. Then you have no choice but to press charges, or his friends, or other people will see that you won’t do anything and also take advantage of you. Your reputation is at stake here, and you need to show people not to steal from you, or they will be persecuted.
I think you gave the kid the benefit of the doubt but it's like the saying goes, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. Will we get to see the footage of the kid stealing the coins? How could you steal for the push machine is what I'm wondering. Also hoping for a better audio like you said and great video! Still love watching the bill counter ha
Don't listen to all the hypocrites that tell you not to press charges. if it happened to them they wouldn't think twice. If he stole from you twice, after letting him go for the first time - YOU SHOULD DO WHATEVER IT TAKES.
Same thing happened to me I had a costume jewelry and gift store and a girl kept on coming in and stealing a few things from my bargain area ($1 and $2 items) abut $5 at a time, once o confirmed it by looking at my cameras I called her out on it on two occasions when she came in the next time, she was all you cant prove nothing no one will believe you so I showed her the video the second time I had and she changed her tune. I also made sure that where I spoke to her was in the cameras eye line so that was also recorded. Few weeks went by she comes back does it again she always spent about 15 minutes in the shop walking around looking at things waiting for me to go in the back or do something I went to the back and called the police I could see her on a monitor in the back putting stuff in her bag they came arrested her and emptied her bag and there were 6 pairs of earrings and some bracelets as well as other items from other shops along the street i told them it wasn't the first time and showed them the video i had. she was arrested and convicted of shoplifting and received a jail term because she was on parole for previous shoplifting offences. Some people wont learn and in the end you need to be compassionate an give them a chance but repeatedly doing the same thing there is a point where you have to say enough is enough and you have to protect your interests. Some time passed and I would see this girl walk past my shop, she looked in the window but never once came in so eventually she got the memo whether it was to avoid ny shop because I had cameras or she fixed herself up I don't really care its just she was not my problem to deal with anymore.
Arent't some quarters worth more than a quarter due to the silver content in some of them? Also I'd be checking those dollar bills for imperfections etc, I'm pretty sure they're worth more than a dollar too. I'd be checking everything with such a cash business. P.S love your channel
It’s better for the kid to face a charge as a minor when he can more easily get it expunged or sealed as an adult than if he continues and gets caught when the kid is an adult or close enough it’s an adult charge.
@@InvestmentJoy He won't, as you can see. Crappy parents and poor upbringing. If someone thinks society will make him any better as he gets older, they're deluded!
Steven Cooper some people gotta go through criminal charges to straighten up and if the kid doesn’t it’s their choice. Either way this dude doesn’t deserve to be stolen from. Even if the neighborhood is rough there’s services to help people so that stealing isn’t your only option. It’s not like the kids stealing food to survive. If something isn’t done the kid will keep coming back, probably destroy more stuff and likely escalate to other crimes
I have an idea to catch that little brat. Install security cameras and a remote lock for the door. Stay in the office, wait for him to come in and wreck your place. Then, lock the door to lock him in and call the police.
Have you thought about getting a card system. Where People load a card with money, and then use the card to pay for the wash/dry? Not sure what those systems cost, but it would save you a lot of time. You would never have to load or unload any of the machines. With the coin pusher, Isnt that tech. Gambling? Im a bit surprised that it is legal to have it.
I would move the office to behind ware the dryers are and put arcade cabinets ware the coffice was . You have to cut tho the wall too make it part of the laundromat
do you count the change machine dollars as profit? Or how do you calculate it since people put dollars in the change machine, and then use the quarters for your laundry machines
Does your coin pusher have a security lock system to when people try pushing it or rocking it all the coins that fall in your basket not to the outside box or is that an old coin pusher
Hey man. Considering the fact that you run a businesses that deals with a lot of coins, how do you feel about the US $1 coin. Do you think people in general and you in particular would be better off if more washing machine/vending machine manufacturers made machines that could accept them? Also do you have any thoughts on machines that can accept credit/debit cards? Can regular people like you or me even get those machines?
I don't know about Ohio, but here in NY 1$ coins are hard to come by. The banks don't really carry them either. Plus Brandon would still have to keep quarters for the machines that cost let's say $2.50 and so on.

Damn. A tad over 2K just from one collection. Noice. Sounds like that kid's dad (if he has one) has not beat him enough. If I found out my kid were robbing the laundromat, I'd beat him pretty bad and then drag him by the ear to the laundromat owner, make him grovel and apologize, pay whatever the kid stole back, and then make him work free labor to pay for it, plus restitution, either for the owner, if he's willing, or for me to make up the cost. Take him in the back yard. Give him a shovel. Make him dig. Then make him fill in the hole. Rinse and repeat until the lesson is learned. Of course, I'd also tell him that if I get word that he's been on the property again the consequences will be very severe. Like going to the hospital and having to tell the doctor he fell down the stairs several times severe. Harsh, maybe. Abusive? Maybe by modern standards. Effective? Almost certainly. Pain is the most ancient of teachers. Its lessons have taught living things what not to do since the dawn of life. As humans, we learn to avoid things that cause us harm or pain. At least most of us. If the kid won't stop stealing just because it's the rules, then suffering will have to be his teacher. Let him try that stealing when he's in jail. His fellow inmates will not be as nice as you have been.

Is there a way that you can do something like that with your laundry?
1 clean interior make it nice and repaint
2 make exterior more welcoming
3 upgrade machine’s it takes money to make money
4have someone behing desk to watch for people that are stealing and also to fix machines
Pleas Pleas take the ideas into consideration it will help the business
like this comment if you think he should use my ideas
Great video man keep grinding and working hard🥒
I bet Menards loves the free advertisement!! Lol
You are such a cool guy. You're a great guy. I love your businesses.
where'd you get that amazing coin counter from? love the videos! keep it up
The money counting machines are awesome :D
You gotta wash your hands 50 times a day.😂💯
I Would Have The Kid Arrested. You Gave The Kid A Chance, I Was Robbed At My Farm, I Had Carmen's Up, And Had There Tag Number, And The Police Pick Up The Kids, They Where 15-17 Years Old. I Made A Deal With There Parents To Help Me With My Hay. It Work Out Well For Me, They Didn't Go To Jail, I Did Get All My Stuff Back. Keep Up The Great Work My Friend
Someone call my boss and tell him to buy us a couple of these bill counters....
Love your videos omg I'm so happy when you get money lol
Amazing I am sitting at my local laundromat right now watching this. Yes I agree I would press charges against that little turd.
Met w/ police like 4ish hours ago
Like, 2 weeks ago you were at 50K subs😂😂😂 and now look
It wasn't till you commented that the action started.
Oh man, I like watching you dump the money into the bucket :(
😅 same here
Laundromat is looking nice and clean! 👌🏼
Thank you for saving me from wasting my money on a laundrymat
Love to see the laundromat this way
Are you gonna film at the other laundry mats soon?
shout out to the _people of the rock_ 😂 😂 😂
Those camera wires are all completely exposed, does the place have a drop ceiling you can put them up in, or maybe get some metal raceway channels you can put them in along the corner of the wall/ceiling?
If RUclips starts demonetizing this dude, I have lost all faith in RUclips.
Yep, I agree
I like it better when you carry the camera the whole time... I like that POV view! :-)
Sounds like this guy needs to have a ADT security system installed in his laundromat
It’s so satisfying watching you collect money
I’m sorry you have go through this😾 you need to get rid of the coin pusher, so that doesn’t tempt anyone else.
0:32 Mountain Dew in a Coca Cola vending machine? You madman
Have some little brackets made where you can bolt it to the grown
Palpatine: DO IT!!!
I love that leather jacket that Brandon is wearing, he has good fashion sense! 👍
Your coin pusher should have a set up inside thag closes when no coins were inserted and a tilt sensor that shuts the gate
It has it, not sure why it's not doing its job
@@InvestmentJoy the one we bought had it all taped so it wouldn't work properly littel digging in a manual might point you in a direction
Don't listen to all the hypocrites that tell you not to press charges.
if it happened to them they wouldn't think twice.
If he stole from you twice, after letting him go for the first time - YOU SHOULD DO WHATEVER IT TAKES.
9:13 you keep the doors unlocked while you are collecting money? How did those people get in? Glad they were not rock people.
Congratulations on the video
Have you tried a wireless mic with a sheepskin cover? And tweaking the settings, may help with the noise...
How often do you refill your pop machines? and snack machine? I never see you or remember you mentioning it?
Better man than I am. I would've pressed charges the very first time.
That's how I'm taking it, some misery now, HOPEFULLY a change later on.
Ever considered getting any claw machines for your laundromat? Really enjoy your content, thank you!
@alan wake LOL
Lol just as i was wondering how is it gonna work with all those ones down there it jammed lol
Can you switch the payment mechanism for the machines from coins to adding cash on a card? Less opportunity for getting robbed.
I would move the office to behind ware the dryers are and put arcade cabinets ware the coffice was . You have to cut tho the wall too make it part of the laundromat
Dope video 👌🔥💪
thx
These videos make me want to rob a laundry mat
3:20 Change out that master lock those can be picked in seconds check out the lock picking lawyer
criminals don't pick locks
do you count the change machine dollars as profit? Or how do you calculate it since people put dollars in the change machine, and then use the quarters for your laundry machines
Another nice collection video! The discord link expired though so you might want to put up a new one so new people can join it!

How old is the kid? I would have called the police the first time if he was 15-17.
The kid gotta learn his lesson
The kid may not have never been taught a lesson in his life. I feel bad for him to be honest.
The Commoner He’s about to learn one that’s for damn sure
Yeh much as people deride it had the parents tanned his backside after the first time I doubt it would be a problem now
Does your coin pusher have a security lock system to when people try pushing it or rocking it all the coins that fall in your basket not to the outside box or is that an old coin pusher
I work in a Maximum Security Prison. You did that kid, & your community a favor.
I didn’t see it too well but that quarter looks like some of the silver proof quarters I get from the us mint. If it is it’s worth 4 bucks or so.
Doesn't your coin pusher have a door that locks some have a sensor that when tipped or bumped it buzzes and shut the door.
I wrote a lengthy response to this about my love of $1 coins and now it's gone. If i get time i'll go back and re-do it, dang it.
@@InvestmentJoy I so love dollar coins. I used to take public transportation where ever I went because I didn't have a car until a year ago, and they make things so much easier since our buses haven't dollar bills in probably 15 years now. I wish dollar coins were more common in my area. Are they common in OH? Sorry about your lengthy post disappearing. It's annoying and frustrating when that happens.
I work at a bank and people are always asking for dollar coins. They collect them, I think. Not too sure, but alot of people want them.
@@tashainjena Bank tellers at 4 different banks near me think the same thing, that people are collecting them.... leaves very few for us that like to use them to get by day to day.
There’s not many things in this world I hate more than a damned thief... being a kid I may let it slide once but if it happens again I will make damn sure it doesn’t happen a 3rd time.... I hate that you have to go through this being as nice as you are giving him a second chance...
Its best for him 2 get wake-up call with the police now than when he get older cause its prison then
Agreed. And his record can be expunged. He won't have such luxuries as he gets older.
I’m gonna build a laundromat around poor apartment is that a good place to build it
Every week is that biggest collection ever lol
