    身為一個五十幾歳的台中人,只有台中吃得到的大麵羹、蔴薏湯都是我最非常討厭的。
    豬血糕也是我討厭的食物
    還有內臟類、外型太噁的(鴨頭、鴨舌、雞脖、雞屁股……)、海鮮類(會過敏,有些光聞到味道就會開始全身發癢,尤其是蝦、蟹)、臭豆腐(因為很不健康)、雞排(不健康而且吃膩了)、珍奶(不健康而且喝膩了)、生雞蛋相關料理(有安全疑慮)、任何加了香菜的料理……我自己不吃的「台灣美食」也有一大堆。
    人的味道和對食物口感的愛好,會受到小時候經驗的影響。台灣人普遍都不排斥臭豆腐,但味道同樣很重的發酵食物,像納豆、鯡魚罐頭就不是每個台灣人能消受的東西。

    Steak and eggs looks okay but they could cover the egg when it fries and slice those steaks a little thinner, put some black peppercorn on it. The noodles was weird, but it’s a starch side. Potatoes would be better.

  • @mahoslash
    @mahoslash 8 месяцев назад +25

    I can't do anything about the congee and oster omelet texture part.......that's on your personal preference Prozzie.
    And Taiwanese steak is definately a poor man's steak, it's just comfort food and nothing else.
    It's a meal when you desperately want to have a slab of meat with carbs after a shitty day and don't want to break the bank.
    Meat quality really depends on the restaurant you go to at this point and usually we have our own pocket list of Taiwanese steak houses we prefer to go.
    There are a number of traditional steak houses in Taiwan but that is something completely different from Taiwanese steak houses.

    你說的沒錯,台式牛排大約40年前出現在台灣的夜市、牛肉場。不是正宗的歐美牛排,確實是窮人餐,才會混那麼多其他食材充胃增加飽足感。而夜市的牛排、平價牛排館,極大可能是用「組合肉」,你可確認一下。

    As a Taiwanese American I hate eating steak in Taiwan hahah. At least at the places my family took me to, I found the steak to be overcooked and hard to chew.
    I love oyster omelette, the taste is phenomenal, but if it’s too gooey it’ll make me gag. The type where they have more of a crisp to it I like a lot better. It’s just the perfect combo I love it. I did randomly find a restaurant in Atlanta that had it so I made my friend go with me to try it. Since I hadn’t had it in 4 years it was good to me. I described the texture to her as “snotty but delicious” and she agreed haha. I just came back from Taiwan and wow the oyster omelette in Taiwan was so much better than what we had in Atlanta.

    食物~每個人喜歡的都不一樣,我不會因為我的朋友,不喜歡某些食物,而討厭他,我尊重每個人,都有選擇的自由(事情、食物、政治等等……)P.S.台灣鐵板牛排端到你面前,第一個步驟,請先把蛋翻面(這是大家都會做的吧?!),有刺的魚、雞爪~我非常擅長吃,分離出骨頭、魚刺(覺得麻煩,您可以選擇其他食物😂台灣食物選擇非常多)Star mark, please translate it from Taiwanese friends to let you know ☝☆Prozzie😂X錯誤的概念,雞爪與地面雞便便是零接觸的,雞爪需要剝除一層雞爪外皮,雞爪非常乾淨的☆。

    飲食這種事情本來就是主觀性的根本沒有辦法做客觀的評論,很多美食家其實都假掰的要命,好不好吃是你的感受,不代表別人的感受,老實說我覺得淡水渡船頭那邊那家『阿給』非常難吃可是人家生意很好,我問過所有去吃過的人大家都說難吃……這都是我們的主觀感覺沒什麼不能講的,我們又沒有惡意去批評說人家很糟糕,可是Toys不一樣,他講話都是充滿惡意的,已經不是在描述他自己的感受。

    Prozzie,蚵仔煎其實不能算臺灣獨有,因為閩(福建)粵(廣東)一帶有類似的食物,材料相同(蚵仔、菜、粉類、醬料),作法稍有差異。也因此,新加坡馬來西亞這種有很多閩粵移民的國家,也都有與臺灣蚵仔煎相似的食物。

    I think it is certainly ok to talk about what you don't like. Western taste and eastern taste are very different. Despite a lot of western RUclipsrs talking about how much they like Taiwanese food, I'm sure it's a skewed sample of opinions because those who live in Taiwan or travel to Asia tend to be the ones who are more open to exotic food. Thus, their opinions tend to be favorable. I've lived in the US for many years. I still can't understand why a lot of Americans like to add whip cream on top of everything. Also, I don't dislike Macaroni, but I would never order it - would that qualify as "dislike"?
