麻薏是一種植物，處理過程步驟繁雜，過去是用來消暑的一種湯品，搭配地瓜的甜可以降低一些植物本身的草根味和苦味。
算是一道古早味的台灣食物。 也許可以帶朋友吃蘿蔔糕、芋頭糕和一些客家菜。

牛肉麵個人覺得加點酸菜不錯吃，如果沒酸菜，加上少許的烏醋或白醋提鮮蠻不錯的，小菜會點盤泡菜或小黃瓜搭配。當然，每個人的口味都不一樣，嘗試別人的吃法也不錯的。
麻薏湯真的很特別，不過我也不愛吃XD 牛肉麵看起來很厲害~ 老闆連醬料都寫上英文!!

這間鍋貼是台中數一數二的，我吃過最好吃的鍋貼就是這間鍋貼王還有小六鍋貼，老闆都是現點現煎只是要等很久，建議可以先打電話
麻薏湯在台灣是很少很少很少人在吃的一種食物、點心。主要在夏天吃。因為退火。天氣熱時吃。有時候吃冷的。有時候也吃熱的。看個人喜好。這個食物只有台中、豐原的人在吃。因為產地兼市場。這個麻薏的原身是用來製作麻繩。我們吃的是它的葉子的部份。小時候我常常吃。通常是加蕃薯。或者是加小魚乾。有些時候放冰箱。吃起來冰冰涼涼的。很清爽。
如果口乾舌燥。或是發燒。或是感覺有點中暑。可以吃麻薏湯解熱退火。
這個食物全台灣只有台中、豐原有產。另外聽說彰化、南投好像也有。不過我是很少很少聽說。
麻薏湯可以加飯吃哦 小時候常這樣吃

Wow 麻薏湯 這個選擇有道地 很懂哦 這是中部很多店家夏季限定的湯品，小時候常常會拌著飯吃，只是製作很麻煩，因為如果沒有把麻黃葉嫩葉反覆揉洗乾淨，煮出來通常會有一點苦味
第二市場的叫做蔴薏。裡面加蕃薯。記得加白飯一起。超級好吃。夏天媽媽一定會煮的。年紀大的媽媽都會煮的。這在台中才有。非常好吃的。
但，外縣市的人會覺得很怪
聽說是有些人吃到老葉（比較苦）所以印象不好
但我覺得大部分都還是蠻好吃的
我南投長大，小時候也常喝蔴薏湯，很喜歡。

why not just apply for a working visa if you have a degree? I'd say come check it out and if you hate it, then leave. You only live once
台灣人也不太習慣把乾淨的筷子湯匙放桌上，會放餐盤上，甚至用衛生紙再擦拭一次放在乾淨的衛生紙上
台灣北中南的飲食習慣及口味也不同，受日本文化影響深遠，包括服務業
