Asalamualaikum sir it's clear how to use zone converted into addressable panel with zone module but i have one Question in conventional panel NAC how we connect with module coz zone and NAC are separate wiring na
I have installed new Loop Card also then also same issue and same problem Card I have installed in other panel it’s working fine
It's may be connector issue at panel side
zone 1 tu apne teminal 9&10 pe connect kr dia hy Zone2 ksy connect hoga or 11 & 12 terminal kis liye use hoty hain

Exter power supply nahi dega to chalega all ready loop cabel to aaya hai sir in aur out ka

No programming for RI connection, & Device level fault means detector sensing capacity reduced, need to replace the detector

Bhai novec system pr kaam kar raha hu Ek problem solve nhi ho raha h jab main novec cylinder ka maintenance switch disable karta hu to panel par abnormal ka trouble baar baar Q aata hain
If possible remove the cable & don't reset the panel until your work complete. Actually it's is integrated with fire panel, that's why trouble showing in panel, this is ok. You just remove the cable & reconnect ones job done.
