Its been 11 years, and we still don't have a beach house!!! Why not take advantage of the beautiful Californian scenery, and give us a high-end property with an unobstructed view of the ocean? Absolutely ridiculous.
And we should get mansions too. And give them a really big yard that you can customize you can

Mansions haven't been added in the 10 year lifespan of the game ,so there's no point in adding it now when GTA 6 is about come in the near future.
They have a beach house by the beach it’s like to the right of the boardwalk it has a pool on top and entrance on the right side
In single player, Trevor’s safe house on Vespucci you can look out all the windows and see what’s going on. All the smaller safe houses online you can’t see out. I hate it

Bring Michael to GTA Online. He could be a VIP giving out contract missions similar to Dr Dre (I don't know, because Tracey was kidnapped? Jimmy got arrested?). He could be organizing legal speedboat races (which would make the Longfin and other upcoming speedboats have a purpose, almost no players buy or use marine vehicles). He could hire the GTA Online Protagonist to do stunts for his movies for some money.

@@deadchanneldontwatchit4697, Trevor is canonically still alive in GTA Online (If players buy a hangar for the first time and visits it for the first time, Ron will tell the player that "...Trev, I mean my best friend has gone all Vinewood on me." and this takes place after the events of GTA V). Michael is canonically still alive in GTA Online (Franklin said during one of the setup missions for the Dr Dre Contract that his good friend, a movie producer, works at the Richards Majestic Studios; One person also said that Michael's name appears in the credits of one show or movie in GTA Online).

ALL IVE EVER WANTED IN GTA IS A SKATEBOARD, doesnt have to be on the level of something like skate 3 but to be able to grind and do simple tricks is enough
Worst case just be able to ride it around for those dumb stretchs of walking distance to your vehicle since they ever so often spawn a millon milles away

Given the fact that a lot of players have too much money , i think it could be quite cool to get access to all the mansions on the map , and the aircraft carrier would also be nice . Apart from that i think a few "legal" businesses could be a great addition , although a massive dlc with everything you said could be insanely hype , even at 250M + total cost

Here’s my list:
1. More modern police cars - the Buffalo STX, the Aleutian which is based on the Ford Explorer which a lot of police departments use as police cars irl, the Caracara as a lot of Sheriff departments use pickup trucks and even the original Buffalo like HarmNone said. I’d LOVE to be able to have them as personal vehicles.
2. I’d love for the actual GTA cops to have a bigger verity of police cars, imagine getting chased by GTA cops in Gauntlet Interceptors and Dorado Cruisers for example.
3. Mansions. I absolutely agree with that one, I’ve been saying I’d love to have a mansion in GTA for about 6 years now, maybe more.
4. 6 stars - in previous GTA games you could get 6 stars and you’d have the army chasing you with tanks and attack helicopters and shit, I think they changed it to 5 stars because it’s GTA 5.
5. More boats - I think this side of GTA 5 has been extremely underutilised, I’d love to have sea battles with like some sort of small Navy Destroyers etc.
6. Restaurants/Fast Food places - I’d love to be able to go to a restaurant when my character has low health instead of eating snacks.
7. This is not something you can buy but I’d love it if cops could arrest you instead of executing you on the spot and you’d have to pay bail to get released or get sent to prison and actually have to spend a couple of in-game days in prison instead of going to a bad sport lobby for example.
8. Again, not something you can buy but I’d love to see some HarmNone PvP content:)
I'm so hoping that marine vehicles and aquatic life is a much bigger part of gta 6, it's all water for gods sake.

I just want to see us be able to buy either the OG or newer Buffalo as a cop car and also the Granger or newer Granger. Would be cool, hell I’d even love to see them make the OG Stanier into a cop car and maybe give us a liberty city livery for it

One of the things i would love to see added are the other emergency vehicles.
Owning your own firetruck or ambulance with optional firefighter/paramedic dispatch missions would be great to have.
With all the police stuff they've added it's insane to me that we still don't have a purchasable police bike

pretty much every time i play the game, i think about how cool it would be to buy gas stations, gun stores, and recently with the pizza delivery missions added, restaurants
Ngl that restaurant idea would be cool they could also make a mission taking care of your store when or if it gets robbed
Totally agree on the properties. I also wish restaurants were functional somehow in the game. Like we have snacks for healing, but drive-thrus could give you a temporary health boost or something fun.
GTA V Canon ending is Ending C so it would make sense to buy devon's house, God Bless

Aside from the aircraft carrier I'm actually shocked they didn't add a car carrier in the game yet or even just a trailer thst you can hitch onto your MOC cabin and flex all your vehicles in a lobby. But to be honest for gta 6 they should be consulting players like you twingo and even npc for ideas...oh yeah and I'd like to see an F-14 with that aircraft carrier as well.
As an aircraft enjoyer, personally I don't see the aircraft carrier having much of a use, I would much prefer a destroyer since it has actual cannon, and some have a helipad. They also are very more agile and quicker. I just want a AH-1Z viper to go along with it
I'd love to be able to purchase hotels in online. There are already a ton of them on the map and the possibilities for money making rivals the agency! You could have illegal gambling, a brothel, legit money from guests, a bar to keep stocked, a limo/shuttle service, and many more like the opportunity for another heist (an airport heist would be awesome)
I'd like to see being able to lift vehicles not just lowering them we have several vehicles with off road accessories but they suck because they need a lift to make it over rough terrain

I just wish that we could buy Mansions on the game and properties without limits. I also agree on the Buffalo police cars. Also we need more modern realistic motorcycles.

Owning liquor stores, billiard halls, and typical criminal businesses would be nice.
Laundromats for passive income, check cashing places to boost the already low paying counterfeit/fraud business.
Pool hall that gives us biker heists.
A gang van with graffiti options to be used for gang war activities.
A restaurant with mob ties.
A bodega would even be cool to buy.
with the aircraft carrier you could really amp up the PvP shenanigans and I would absolutely love a 15v15 battle on aircraft carrier, Kosatka, the jets, the weaponized vehicles and maybe some weaponized boats, Id pay so much to see that
The police motorcycle thats allready in the game, the one you might get if you supply your MC businesses manually.
Let us create Lifeinvader profiles where we can post pics of places we have been and things we have done.
Also create a "Fight Club" similar to the car meet where people can go to have fist fights or otherwise mess around. Maybe show off outfits or whatever. Basically the same idea as the nightclub or penthouse, but let us do something interesting in.
On the subject of the aircraft carrier, the Ramius submarine. It's only in act 2 of the Doomsday Heist and the Kosatka Stealth equipment prep mission for the CPH. Maybe have it be the front for a military based heist/operation. It'd just be cool to own the game's equivalent to Red October (love that movie).
The Aircraft Carrier would be a cool asset to own, maybe as a feature it could be used to give you missions to make money, some modest paying ones to do in freemode and a big paying mission kinda like the bounties or what the agency offers. They could even do missions where you attack Cayo Perico.
I've been thinking about the Aircraft Carrier for some time now, they could also add some kind of sea-based property like an oil rig, which functions as a business and could be used to store and maybe customize the Kosatka further (interior design and decorations?). It would make sense as the Avenger, the Terrorbyte and the MOC all have designated places where we can store them.
The fuel station could be a good first dlc for gta 6 as not a huge dlc that makes tons of money but a good starting point for newcomers
You could have illegal slot machines in your convenience store! And go take out the competitors and rob them.

Would be kinda different if rockstar did different updates like truck driver transit driver airplane pilot missions taking fraight and passengers to the other airport or how about revive the smaller towns on the map with other missions in these smaller towns.
We should start GTA6 with legitimate businesses like delivering pizza and owning an arcade to WORK UP TO owning a bunker and running guns. I started GTA5 as a gun runner with nothing and now I own everything while delivering pizza in my retirement when I'm not catching bounties or working on cars out of boredom for "beer money" lol
I remember the hype when we were able to buy them houses in vinewood hills … many forgot they exist
I bought one, and it's my main place. Love it so much more than the high end apartments.

I'd love to buy a car dealership that allowed you to sell your cars on to other players. Obviously they would never add this because it would be exploited to hell.. but it would be cool to be able to customise and sell cars in your style or sell older removed cars that people are looking for.
you can already sell your cars to other players in the LS Car Meet, they buy a copy of yours and u also keep yours, money goes to gta bank like legendary motorsport and sas
they probably saving some of this in 6. Hopefully we can buy alot more stuff
I think owning a super-yacht should integrate with your drug businesses. Either picking up imports at sea which you then have to take to the relevant business to boost your supplies or dropping off batches of completed product. It would open up the sea-based play too, which is arguably underused as well as creating a reason to buy and be on your super-yacht.

It's a mystery as to why we can't buy mansions. There's a place up in the hills that I think is cool, red stone, Spanish-style. Restaurants is a great shout; there's so much potential for legal and illegal money-earning with it, supply missions, staffing, catering contracts for parties at people's homes, celebrity parties, etc.
I wish there was more low level crimes. Stuff like robbing dope dealers on the street (remembering occasional NPCs in the old games that were loaded when you killed them) spraypainting alleyways, night time robberies at stores, these games have always been about crime and I hope that they don't forget about that in the next game
40 car mansions Boat dock with mods I'll be happy maybe a few new weapons ND the ability to dual wield
Also bring back the katana ND chainsaw billiards (pool table)
As a big fan of "The Rookie" series I would like to definitely have real police officer outfits (please, Rockstar) and a police Ford Explorer Interceptor. It would also be nice to have Toyota RAV4 and Land Cruiser. And a semi-legal Auto Emporium. With a bunker type mechanics, with upgrades to sell more expensive cars to create more income. As a non legal part I see the car robberies, but bigger than in Chop Shop. 2 per week, that give you from 1,5 mil to 2 mil each.
An underground multi-story garage similar to the Eclipse garage or the office garage where we can spend a few extra million when we need to add extra levels when needed with no limit, because even with the removal of all the cars with the merc dlc I need a lot more space for my car collection because a lot of the themed garages have been ruined.
It's gotten to the point where this week to avoid winning the car at the casino I quickly quite the game before the wheel stopped spinning, because I don't have the parking space left for it.

They really missed the boat on adding things for story mode. Trevor buying Devin Weston's house after he's wiped out would be so pleasant - Mikey's got his big house, and Frank has his big house courtesy of the assassination missions, so why not give Steve Ogg an upgrade? I hope in GTA VI you can buy a lot more properties and own more legit businesses both in story mode and online mode
If we can ask for anything, I would like to be able to buy a Train Station property, add a bedroom to it and also a workshop so we can customize our trains LOL... Imagine driving a chrome train with neon lights through los santos... Maybe add a business to it where you collect cargo from other train stations and protect it from enemies untill you arrive at your station... Then it would yield cargo for either nightclub, hangar, warehouse...
7 I was hoping we'd get aircraft carriers with the mercenary DLC, they showed them in trailers/posters, so I was crossing my fingers that that was a hint we'd get to buy one. I'm with you though, even if it was just a stationary floating hanger, I'd drop big bucks on that thing

I'd love to see boat houses. Like a hanger, but for boats. Somewhere to store boats so no more phoning pegasus. Plus being able to customise/upgrade boats. It Opens up a few business opportunities, smuggling ring for dirty work, or boat customisation/delivery for clean work.
Then for GTA 6, couple the boat house with a waterfront mansion
Edit: and boat trailers, they already exist in the game. Actually trailers/caravans in general now I think of it

Another thing that would be nice, SELLING PROPERTY! And yachts, bunkers, business, etc.
One thing I always thought would be cool is pirate ships. Even if it was just a gamemode, having a bunch of different ships fighting eachother in the ocean always seemed fun.
I would love to see cars reach the high-speed on the speedometer They are only reaching between 120 to 130
I want to see Rockstar revamp the old cars with lots of new customization, more Benny's and Imani Tech cars, more Arena War cars too

We need the mall to open up. Even for a survival map it would be so awesome. Plus it’s LA where shopping is premium it would make sense the mall is open.
Purchasable pets. A family. A larger variety of home and garage styles. Better customizations (like the tuner cars) for cars, planes, and boats.
Would love to see an Imani tech police vehicle of some type. Gauntlet interceptor would be even more awesome if it did!
Different Cargo planes (faster) with the ability to tether parachutes to specially-fitted vehicles would be amazing. Just telling your friends to airdrop some cars, boats, weapons, other players, etc. would be so siiiick!
Truck driver missions and new golf courses would be cool

A lot of what we CANT buy in GTAO is because of the glitches that would come with those properties and how some of the player base would take advantage. However, I believe this list to be pretty comprehensive. My own list would include legitimate cargo transport business via 18 wheelers.
I would like to see gta puts animal hunting and fishing in the game and also some more sports game like basketball, skating, boxing and also some gyms to work out I think that would make the game a lot more fun to play

I really agree with the aircraft carrier. I wish we could own it. Maybe throw a new hiest involved with it too thatd be super cool.
With the amount of crazy stuff you can buy and store now they should get rid of the Pegasus vehicles and just allow you to put them in your garage
If anyone remembers from one of the updates we was supposed to be getting the Cargo Plane II like they did with the Journey it was supposed to come out during that update it never did
Hopefully you can buy an actual estate property like in the old vice city for GTA 6- even online. Whatever online becomes.
If they put the air craft carrier in and sold it for $100 million that would keep too many people from buying it. I also think it would be nice if they made it easier to share your vehicles with multiple friends.
I’m surprised we never got a boats themed DLC. We got one focused on cars and aircraft. Why not customizable boats? I’d like to be able to modify the PT boat from the Cato heist.
Also I’m glad I’m not alone in my obsession with the OG police Buffalo. I crave that vehicle for over a decade now. Also, definitely need a Granger 3600 “SWB” or something to represent the Chevy Tahoe. It’s a pretty essential part of many modern American police departments.

I still want a private compound. Mansion, separate guest house/staff house. Tennis court (or something) heli pad, pool, large driveway to display my favorite cars, some sort of property line fencing, ect.
I think the Police Buffalo, Fib Granger and Sheriff Granger and Police motorcycle will come. But i think it will be after all the new Police vehicles have been collected. I think the funniest next DLC should be mansions! Following Pizza Boy Delivery would put a rags to riches year at the end. As for Micheal. They would plug him in as a tease to introduce someone and exit. Like You meet Michael at the studio. He says hi Franklin said you were a useful guy so this is Solomon Richards son. He is an idiot. So make sure he stays alive while trying to make a mobster movie. Michael exits and leaves us to do 6 studio missions that we can only do one a day for $115k.
I think it would be cool if player homes had the option for upgrades
As an example let’s say you have a small house with a garage that can hold 6 vehicles
Why can’t we upgrade them so they can hold 10
Or maybe have a supply stash of ammo, armour and snacks
I second the flat bed tow truck. Also a police motorcycle/helicopter to round out the dispatch missions would be awesome. If they want to have that many in paleto bay fine, but give me the option to fly a police helicopter up there to keep with the theme.
(7) That was a good list. But one thing I'd like is to be able to carry a motorcycle in the cargo bob. It has plenty of unused space inside and a rear hatch that opens, but even a small dirt bike like the Manchez breaks it.
Here's my list of things i would love to be implemented into the game or maybe into GTA 6. Suicide doors and luxurious interiors for the Enus brand cars, an R34 GTR right hand drive off course, have the ability to paint all stock rims and paint the brake calipers on all cars not just some. I would love an unweaponized MK 2 Oppressor with unlimited rocket boost to just get around the map faster when you need to. I wish they implemented real life character characteristics like being able to choose your height and weight, also have different height npcs. more enterable buildings, being able knock out npcs and players and being able to carry them and hide them basically a better stealth system then just stupid semi crouching. Being able to pick up and throw things, being able to ride skateboards, roller blades maybe a hoverboard I don't know. Etc.

As a console roleplayer I would LOVE the air craft carrier! I would love ANY proper naval vessel my server and I use the yachts as battleships I would love an ACTUAL battleship
Would also include the police bikes too, we can't purchase those, odd how they didn't bring out a Police bike to purchase in the latest update (Motorbikes, but I suppose they could also release a pedal version too)
I would love if the gas stations and restaurants are just purely passive. or hell even use them to sell off your stock from your illegal businesses so you don't have to do sell missions, these sell them for you passively.
That last mansion might not work because of the one vip agency mission. I don't know if it fits the theme but I'd want to buy a harbor so you could upgrade boats giving some reason to own them

Trucks, as in semi trailers. They give us the Phantom Wedge, why not give us the standard rigs as well. As for car carrying, why not have an actual car trailer, towed by one of the trucks asked for, that functions as a mobile 6 car garage, player can only load their own vehicles.
The one thing I wish we could buy (that isn't mentioned in the video) is a garage large enough to be able to store a bus or truck and trailer as a personal vehicle. But that is just me, I enjoy role playing and I would rather have my own bus than have to call Pegasus when ever I fancy going for a cruise in one.
Instead of the current aircraft carrier. Maybe on war stock you can purchase your own aircraft carrier like the yacht.
I seen a video and the person said we should be able to buy the air crafts carrier and we could get access to more weapons,also we could have missions trying to figure out the mystery on mountain
