Morgiri fort - the unenlightened fort

Morgiri is unexplored less known fort near Lonavala. It is situated on hill Morgiri served as watch tower for Tikona Lohagad and Visapur fort.
The fort is small and mostly in ruined state. Only a temple and a water tank is there on top. But the beauty of this trek is in the nature around it. Greenery, clouds and cold breezes will catch your heart as soon as you reach there. But the trek is hard so wear trekking shoes and keep water bottle with you. The scenes are so pretty that you will not feel to leave. Due to heavy rainfall we couldn't complete our trek but we will definitely come again and try to complete our trek. So till then watch our journey and enjoy the nature with us.
