Thank you all for listening to my two semi final rounds, and a massive massive thank you to Robin for personally making me push myself to a new level. Regardless of the result, I’ll still be at GBB, at a (hopefully) higher level than KBB. A few things about my rounds: R1 - Dimension. I love Drum n Bass, and the producer Dimension has been one of my favourites recently. I wanted to make an original track that paid homage to his amazing style, which you hear in the first half. The second half is a battle move towards Robin, doing the Batman theme in a Dancefloor DnB style. R2 - Robin. I literally call this round Robin, because it’s really just a big counter, although still enjoyable as music. The first reference is to one of his best (IMO) tracks of all time, doing his technique from his GBB 2017 wildcard, and in the second part, doing a trance remix of his second round. Remixing my opponents track was something that I wanted to do ever since I got into KBB, and this was the perfect opportunity for it. Big ups to you Robin, I won’t ever forget this amazing battle, win or lose.
I honestly didn't think the battles would get better than robin vs frosty, but this is my favorite battle for sure. I am going to play the compilation video probably 100 times in the first day

It is no longer a battle of creativity and technique, but battle of music and composition itself That's why it's so difficult to choose a winner in the last battles, each one has a favorite musical taste and will choose what they like best 2021 did the unimaginable, transcended beyond the battles I really hope we have longer battles soon, 3:30 is not enough anymore
We are watching some of the greatest musical performances of our generation. Not amongst loopers, but musical performances in general. The talent of these guys is something special. Both deserve the win, I will be happy no matter who moves on.

man, kba has improved so much, from being a looper that wasn’t really well known or on par with other loopers to performing rounds that can considered a top round vs the best of the best, congrats bro even if you don’t with this you’re improving so fast and you’ve got a bright future ❤️
@@basementboy1910 I feel like the delivery and energy would have been much more to KBA's favor if he would have reversed the order of these two rounds. I actually prefer KBA to Robin but listening back to Robin's 2017 GBB Wildcard his was off the charts in originality and execution. That surprise factor is gone leaving this more of a less skilfully executed tribute remix.
