Karen is certainly worthy of a quick not guilty verdict.However, I would love to see the jury deliberate long enough,take weeks,so that crooked Bev can't do her pre-planned vacation without interruptions.😊

Like most people here, I’ve watched trials for years. I have never seen a judge like Bev. After “suggesting” to the jurors that they shouldn’t start with a poll , she told them that a quick verdict would have the appearance of bias. That’s just wrong 😡I bet she’s never suggested that to any other jury. Horrible!

Agree completely!! No vehicle vs pedestrian then every charge evaporates because they ALL involve the vehicle.
The prosecution never proved that O’Keefe was struck by a vehicle. It should be over by now.
This is why Bederow is the man! As a juror you’re limited to two bad options. Convict and someone loses their freedom or acquit and deprive family the closure they desperately want. I would take my time and give others the time they need. Remember the jurors don’t know what a lot of details that people following this case know.
Your comment highlighted why jurors need clear and concise instructions. It’s not the jurors’ responsibility to investigate, look for evidence that’s not available, and play social worker for the victims and their families. If there are one or more evidence that’s stopping you from coming up with a verdict, the answer is always NG/acquittal. If you coming into a jury duty thinking you’re here to make “two bad decisions”, chances are, you should excuse yourself from serving as an impartial juror who can make decisions based on facts and evidence, not driven by prejudice and emotions. Making a sensible decision is not hard or bad. Do you know who owe it to the victims and their families justice and closure? It’s the LE who’s in charged of the investigation and collecting all the compelling evidence and the DA to prove beyond reasonable doubt, not the jury.
@@rubiirae great story. What I’m talking about is taking time to consider the evidence and allowing other jurors to do the same. The two bad decisions is only in regards to the outcome either way is going to negatively affect someone.

Well said Mark, I think the same scenario, Majority of the Jurors want an aquittal and maybe one or two, want a Not Guilty verdict.

Oh really? Just chill? He was sure it was going to be a day 1 NG verdict and now it’s been 3 days. There’s a good chance there’s a compromise verdict and Karen will have to pay her lawyers again.

This trial should have been held in Boston rather than Canton also why were the Albert's allowed in to the court for the arguments this was an intimidation and made the jury to get unsure about this case

It’s so hard though! This is the most stressful verdict watch I’ve ever encountered. Mostly because I don’t get why they didn’t get what the last two experts stated.
I am a FKR supporter, sending positive thoughts. I am sad for the two families, Canton's community. Only that community knows what is really going on and I hope justice prevails in regard to the political and legal issues there.

Lally will 100% retry if it's a hung jury. If he cared about the things you're discussing, he would have dismissed the charges and then re-filed if better evidence surfaced and/or the federal investigation concluding.
More than enough reasonable doubt...my mind boggles that there is someone who thinks shes guilty beyond reasonable doubt

I definitely needed this. I did not expect the verdict for about three days. Then someone pointed out that they have partial days so perhaps I should count hours and it may not be today. Its like a watched pot never boils. I'm going to go tackle my laundry

The confession to 4 different witnesses that came to the crime scene heard her say I hit him no matter how you look at it it’s something that can’t be avoided aswell as the first hr on scene finding the tail light broken pieces no way is the jury going to let it go ,
