    Assuming this might hold some importance :
    French here. La "Maison Dieu" is a major arcana from the Tarot Card of Marseille (French city) and is practically this Tarot's version of the "Tower"' (with the lightning striking the Tower of Babel).
    However, where the Tower is generally a symbol of catastrophe, "la Maison Dieu" is instead associated with change, transformation, regeneration, rebuilding, etc. In this version, the top of the Tower is opened, with a flame erupting from it, with two people falling to the ground. It's left to interpretation if the fire is a result of an internal cause (like some experiment gone wrong) or the result of a stroke of lightning (like in the usual "Tower" card and the Tower of Babel story).
    The card is basically a symbol of destruction, leading or opening to a beneficial reconstruction. It's inversed version however, warns of crisis and failure.
    Make of that what you will.

    So basically, from what I understand from the new lore on Alpha Legion.... Alpharius (real Alpharius) is actually a loyalist because of the fact that he sent the command code "Zephon" to Ingo and his squad of marines to programme them to be loyal to the emperor, but that command got intercepted by a filler-NPC character pysker witch that somehow re-programmed that command code to "Orpheus" to side with chaos against their will and Ingle being somewhat aware of being compromised made a "on-the-low" move to have a landmine taped to his chest to prevent the filler-NPC character pysker witch from using him on the chessboard against the imperium....?

And in another book, I cant remember the name of they have begun the process of studying primaris marines. Getting samples from dead marines. So the alpha legion is in some form helping Valdor? Y’all wanna know what’s coming? The Tyranids will make for Terra and Eisenhorn will find Valdor with bequin, cerubieal (it’s Samus), and a number of others who will needs to get into the throne room via the imperial webway given the Terran system is swarmed. They will somehow find Fabius cawl or pho and have him make an anti nix bio weapon and save the day.

    Knowing the usual tactic of the Alpha Legion? If he is Deathrow, then likey he completed his assignment after being freed by whomever, sent orders for legionnaires to infiltrate Chaos under the guise of 'being allies' and then went on with Eisenhorn to some goal he's pursuing.
    It would make sense then for big battles like Vraks (or others where the Alpha Legion shows up) to have some severe 'mishaps' and 'misfortunes' fall on the Chaos side and stop the steamroll.

    Nice theory though, I'm on board, too bad we'll never going to see it play out :)
    UP: I just listened to this video again, and I'm sorry, but your logic is flawed. Even if Pech somehow survived the bomb - big X about that -, he would still be under the orpheus command...

    Unrelated to most everything, but I've always been curious, what's the origin for Chrono (your OC/avatar's) colour scheme? As far as I can tell it isn't a masque mentioned otherwise, and I noticed while playing the rogue trader CRPG that the solitaire there has yellow/blue diamonds as well, with black as the main other colour, and it's just fully caught my attention that it's shared with Chrono, thus I'm deathly curious, if it was just colours you liked or some obscure Masque I'm not aware of.
    (I've been digging for this information for like hours)

  • @Steph-nt5ht

    Well the EC Chaos marine recognizes Deathrow when he break or tears off Deathrow’s mask (been to long, can’t remember which). When he sees Deathrow’s face he says something like “You? How?”
    Now true, the AL legionnaires were made to look like Alpharius but this EC chaos marine is one of the OGs back to the heresy. He would know the AL legionnaires were made to look like Alpharius, to one degree or another. But this particular one he *knows*. That tells me Deathrow is not just any old AL legionnaire. Was Ingo Pech that noticeable and well known to the other legions? Or is Deathrow finally making an honest statement of “I am Alpharius.”

    13,000 on the other hand is on it's way to being a novella. (The average novel being about 90,000 words.)

    I just hope Ingo Pech does activate the Marines as loyalist like ordered. It would create an opposition for Harrowmaster and his bullshit.
    And please for Emperor's sake, bring the remaining Primarch back in some extent, just waiting for the Heresy era loyalist to awake under the palace to mark his return to the setting or something.

  • @Canuovea
    @Canuovea 7 месяцев назад

    Couldn't Valdor nick Pech with the spear, and therefore know if he is loyal or not? Magic everything revealing spear that it is? And if Valdor knows, then he would have gotten that codeword too. Valdor might have used the Alpha Legion to set up his whole King in Yellow schtick to begin with?

  • @kccustodes2618

    In the Harrowmaster book, it basically confirms that to their knowledge, all the marines from that period are dead. The only living marines who fought in the Horus heresy on the loyalist side in the current setting are entombed in dreadnoughts. Astartes don’t have 10,000 year life times so unless Pech put himself in stasis which is timed to wake him up 10k years later after he inevitably disabled the bomb or he went into the warp are the only ways he is alive in the current setting. Those AL in stasis under the imperial palace are probably still there but the only one who knows the code word to wake them would be Omegon. The current setting alpha legion are as lost in objective as the Night Lords are. The difference is they are all from the current setting while the night lords alive in the current setting fought in the HH. I think the Alpha legion civil war is going to happen but in the past, not current setting. The Scouring series will show the destruction of the legion as a cohesive force and the break up into war bands. You’ll also probably get the fate of those under the imperial palace in stasis and pech’s fate more clearly laid out.

    Normal, if you don't see Alpha Legionnaire dead, he's 100% not dead, even if you see him dying, you're not 100% sure he's dead.

  • @Tengenstein
    @Tengenstein 7 месяцев назад

    Valor has the apollyian spear. He can stick Pech with it and know Pech's truths. He can know so he also has the code words to activate them. Even if Valdor kills him valor has a significant part of ab astartes legion he can control. The question is is he pro or anti chaos since he also stuck Abbadon with the spear. He could wake up the alpha legionnaires turn them all or some chaos. He could be the great equaliser that's perpetuating the conflict for the last 10 millennium. Chaos wants chaos to win, the imperium to win in both scenarios the emperor dies either through being murdered or ascending to god hood. That's not Valdors purpose.
