I have a game suggestion for you based on the all of your comments throughout this tier list. In Stars And Time, is a game that is about one character trapped in a one day time loop. It’s super angsty and very well written. It’s also on steam for $20 which is insane for how long and good the game is.
I haven’t watched the video yet so maybe she brings this up but I definitely think that content drought and depends on execution should switch places. If it depends on execution I still enjoy it sometimes but if I only read something if there is a content drought that means I do not like it but will force myself if there is nothing else to read
I got so happy whenever you started talking about DSMP, they genuinely had really good lore that I really miss, I mean, QSMP is great but I just miss two guys selling drugs in a van leading up to a murderous pig destroying a whole country with the guy he once PvP'd for 100k, ya know? And Hermitcraft doesn't have enough lore to feed me, even tough it's my all time fav SMP, but the fanfiction community knows what is doing(I just avoid the ship ones, cause eh)
From someone who does RP, the main one im in has SOOOOOOOO many different tropes at any given time, I've found that miscommunication works really well for angst. (Also had a brief love triangule caused by a miscommunication, and ended in a poly relationship, so... yeah.)

Watching Balders Gate deal with Dragons Ages Blight or put any franchise's characters into Bloodborne's Yharnam and gleefully watch them snap Twould also be hilarious to do a ACC or SCC Hunger Games
I always like the idea of all sitcoms occuring in the same universe. Shows like Friends, the Office, Big Bang, Young Sheldon, Life In Pieces, essentially anything light hearted without magic or the supernatural could all easily exist together. Brooklyn Nine Nine and New Girl (I think it was that show) already had a crossover and this is just the logical extreme.

Canon Compliant: Honestly this really only applies to the first part and then like... 50% of what happens afterward, because one MC gets sent to the future and the perspective flips between characters now in her distant past and her present, which is where it becomes... Canon Divergent/Fix Fic: Yeah that's right, I'm erasing like 8 movies and lord knows how many hours of TV from existence here. No I will not be taking criticism on that. Slow Burn: A bit? This is part of why I haven't really started writing. I WANT it to be a slow burn, it SHOULD be a slow burn, but it only lasts about 1/5 of the wordcount at most and potentially a lot less. Grumpy & Sunshine: Ye. Perhaps even more than once! Angst: So much angst. A pivotal scene is basically one character yelling at another saying "you want ANGST!? Strap in asshole, I'll show you fucking ANGST!" Enemies to Lovers: Ehh.... Maybe? More like "begrudging allies" to besties for a few times for sure, though it definitely gets to "lovers" at least once. Secretly Dating: Yes, but IN MY DEFENSE the reason for secrecy is that they just kind of fell headfirst into the situation only to realize "oh shit, this would be a gigantic political scandal if it got out". You know,my favourite fanfic trope of all is no misunderstandings and both male lead and female lead are currently healing for their traumas. For example,male lead is suffering from PTSD or aftermath of a war. And for the female lead family troubles or in my case currently in denial finding out the person who uses to cherish you is not what they seem. And I love red flag couples that are acknowledge by the author as nothing to be swept under the rug or also in my case, do crimes that aren't forgiven by the other characters.

I'd argue that Katniss, Peeta, and Gale aren't actually in a love triangle, at least not the kind you'd normally think of when you think of a love triangle. Peeta and Gale serve the purpose of the opposing perspectives on the war that Katniss can't get herself untangled from, Peeta for peace and Gale for continuing the violence. And so from the very beginning it is clear that in a story about war and propaganda and Katniss's ptsd and trauma, she would end up with the love interest that believes in peace and a world without violence. In comparison to love triangles only showing hot guys and a will they won't they narrative (a narrative the hunger games barely gives attention to if at all), it's significantly harder to group them together In my opinion

Honestly, the only reason I don't usually care much about X Reader content is because it's almost always focused on romantic relationships. Like, I'm guessing it's an ace thing, but for the vast majority of fictional characters, I would be more interested in an X Reader fic focused on platonic or familial relationships. But most fic authors don't do that, so I usually only ever read X Reader stuff if it's with any of a small handful of characters. I know I'm definitely in the minority when I say all that, but more platonic/familial X Reader content would still be really cool.
