    Absolutely amazing work! Your homes are timeless. Is there a price range for your average home? Could you build in the Kansas City area?

      Appreciate it! Generally build costs are $300 - $500 ft. Lot of it depends, honestly. Bigger the house often the cheaper it gets.

      @@Saniyas_yt good question! Overall price goes up. But usually price per foot goes down due to economies of scale. Contractors and vendors will charge less per sq/ft etc because it’s bigger.
