Those vaulted floors look very nice, but for me, they are more an academic solution for an academic problem. There are already flooring systems that safe material, i.e. BubbleDeck. Even a precast half slab (with open reinforcement) turned upside down will save you a lot of material (concrete). More material can be saved if the floors have moment resisting connections with the columns.
