The government is such an expert in hvac and experienced heating equipment designer that it is only fitting that the government demand what we do for heat.
I see the heat calls are ramping up for you, Steve. Believe it or not, I've started getting pool heater calls already down here in Florida. People want their heaters ready for the cooler months. I've worked on a couple of gas heaters and a few heat pumps already this past week. Good to see you're doing well and your business is thriving.
Steve I am having my 58 year old gas boiler replaced next week. Was condemned by abcd Will there be a lot of water leakage in the basement when replacing,?
When I was changing my system, one company I had over only installed burnham boilers, and I called it a leakham. They took 5 weeks to come up with an estimate. By then I already picked a company. I don't think they wanted the job because of my Steve joke lol.
Interesting about the biofuel slugging up caused me to do a little research and apparently as the bio fuel is made from vegetable oils or animal fats low temperatures can cause the fuel to Gell into a more solid form thus preventing it from flowing i.e. 16 degrees F so maybe having the tanks in a cold cellar might cause the slugging. Additives can also be put into the tanks before a refill to help with the oil flow.
Why would they put the line on the bottom of the tanks like that especially on new tanks, wouldn’t all the new sludge that develops drop right in? Unless they have a small pipe like 3” on the inside so the burner isn’t getting fuel right off the bottom.
Am I ever glad I get my natural gas off a commercial hookup. Stayed toasty all last winter and still only cost $370 over the past 12 months for heat & hot water! Residential customers get the shaft.
Been awhile since I heard you answer your phone. Thanks for video Steven!

Steven, your phone etiquette is very professional 👍
You're nice and truthful. How ya doin' mamma.
She's a Leaker lol 🤣🤣🤣
Have you seen customers use biocide in their thanks to kill off that slime? Hammonds sells 32 oz that treats up to 1280 gallons.
Steve go look at that leak job, got me curious, i like leak repairs. Don't know what you can tell by a picture.
I second this
Steve how long have you been using that cut down oil jug for a drain pan? It’s awesome.
That's the premium brand. 😂
Soon as I saw that jug I made one out an antifreeze container. 😂
Longer than videos . I think it's a old Rotella t jug
Good job Steve.
Why won’t you make a video about your old truck? I like to see it stripped down do you still have it?
Howdy Steve and Molly
Im an oil truck driver. Owner says its only 20% biofuel but when I fill up computer says its 65% lol. Are calls have doubled in service too.

Thats what the filter and strainer are for.
I’d want the water off the bottom. That will rust out a tank quickly.
why no fire shut off on the oil tanks?
It's there
Wish I could do HVAC
Go to school and learn. My stupid nephew did and your way smarter than him my friend!
@@tedparkman3111 haha well thank you for that, but No I think I messed up an only opportunity to do so.
