    Another great one. I have been going back and forth on truggy vs 12B1 for my first LC. Great info brother.. Prices are going up so I want to make that call soon.

      If you want to build then definitely get the 12b1. Then buy yourself some extra tires and body. You will have both cars in one by just changing tires, body and gearing.

      @@ixclusiverc 12b1 on the way. This is big deal for me first rig over that 100 threshold. Got kit shipped for 211. Not sure if that is good price. Also got motor and ESC for it. Everything was 260 shipped. If I run into issues hope ya don't mind if I hit you up.

      @@reitplace4765 thats what I'm here for brotha.
      The build is fairly easy but you will see and feel the quality difference right away.
      What motor did you get? 2850 4500 is the truggy motor and works great on this car. That one would allow you to run truggy set up car with 17t pinion
      Buggy tires you can run 19t.
      If your running in some grass might need to go taller on ride height or larger wl style tires.

      @@ixclusiverc it's 28 series not sure if it was 38 or 45. I think 4370 kv it was a little strange on the numbers. I'll double check later very similar to hobby wing.. just checked it's. 2838 4700 kv with 35a 3s cap ESC. I have a few 28 series I can use worst case.

    Good stuff man! Love the Channel! Yeah I feel for your track I really like the way the haiboxing 1/18 and 1/16 runs. I have the 1/14th scales as well as the 1/18 think I want to get a haiboxing 1/16 pro and converted it to a buggy like you did. Do you think there is a better option out there than the haiboxing 1/16? Also was looking at the mjx hyper go 1/16 truggy are they the same quality? I think the haiboxing is more durable?

    • @ixclusiverc
      @ixclusiverc  Год назад +1

      I actually think the eachine EC30B is the best haiboxing made car. Yes they are all made from the HBX factory: mjx, hypergo, eachine....
      The 16889a pro has stronger steel gears but a little loud because of that. My plastic gear 1/16 is the one you seen driving and I like the way the motor spools fast. Gears are also strong on a smaller diameter tire geared up. Ill have to make a video explaining the evolution of hbx cars and how they are different.
      Some are better then others in different drive tran metals used and all around terrain.

    Great vid as usual. I'd like to hear about your thoughts about what you learned regarding shock tuning.

    • @ixclusiverc
      @ixclusiverc  Год назад +1

      Absolutely I would have to make a video for that because I'm not sure if there is a one for all.
      I personally like 40wt f and 35wt r
      But I have some cars 35wt f and 30 r I also like. There are alot to cover with that along with driving conditions and ride height. Let me work on that. 👍

      Here is a link for Warren rc
      casterracingmi.com/index.php?route=product/category&path=173
      The second place to purchase LC cars in the US is Riptide rc.
      I dont have a direct link because they actually use an app.
      BOTH have great service and 2-3 day shipping on all of my orders. I get everything fast.
      Thanks for asking this question!
      I'll have to make a video on both companies as I support them both equally.
