    진짜 요리를 이렇게 정성껏 요리하는데
    맛이 없을 수가 없죠.....

    What im curious about is, do the different parts taste differently? Looks like all were seasoned the same way

      They’ll have different textures that pull apart differently because of the varying muscle groups, but, yeah, would be same taste.

    I must say this is crazy the meticulous time spent on presentation is insane well done. I’m a kebab guy I love seeing all cultures versions of meat on a stick no pun intended lol this looks very delicious keep it up Korea

      Unfortunately this isn't Korean, its Japanese, this is Japanese yakitori, staff is also speaking Japanese.

    To clarify, he is making Japanese yakitori. Dakkochi is different. We do eat skewers in Korea but we do them a bit differently. Toriya is a Japanese and it's obvious from the setup and method. Nothing wrong in it. We have many great Japanese restaurants in South Korea, hope people will visit!!

      Just go japan and you can find this kind of chicken a lot. I called yakitori. This place is inspired of tokyo style yakitori.
