Himalayan pink salt is very popular and reasonably priced in the UK. Definitely additive free too.

McDonald’s has been using this “salt” with dextrose on their fries for years as far as I know …

Sea Salt is loaded with micro-plastics right? T2 diabetics that I know avoid Salts with sugar and they avoid sea salt. I have low bp too. That caught my ear.

My iodine was low so I need iodine in my salt. I have never been triggered by it. I need to stay upright to dance in my RUclips videos.

Sea vegetables like nori sheets and wakame have iodine them naturally. Eat sushi!

Yes, except watch out for sushi rice: loaded with sugar. But they do have dried seaweed snacks. They’re like a chip. People love them :)

This is what I sprinkle of my salad to get my daily iodine. Plus I make sure I eat sodium rich vegetables because I have low blood pressure.
