For the yoshi house clip I've found a way to do it as Mario as well. You need to do a side somersault directly in front of the lady who gives you the quest for the fruit slide down the wall till you hit about the half mark wallkick then start hovering backwards until you clip in

There is another way to get delfino plaza invisible. Go to the box room. Ground and side step when you get in there. Done correctly, two things happen. You land in the blue death or hover back to the box room and stop hover. It is the easier way getting delfino plaza invisible
