@@ChasingSnow The run colour gradient variation I have found is a Europe wide problem, as it is a marketing ploy by individual resorts to attract a certain demographic of skilled skier, and it is a common complaint among skiers. I've written to the head of the FIS regarding this, and up-to-now haven't received any kind of reply.
@@Puzzoozoo A lot of it is marketing... I don't think there's anything much anyone can do about it unless they run the resort, in which case, they will probably follow the money...
@@ChasingSnow Sad but true. "Money makes the world go round". 😞 But with my letter they can't say they that they didn't know, and maybe a Europe wide *correct* colour grading of runs *may* come about, which would be beneficial to skiers Europe wide. BTW IF I go the Stockli route, I *might* get a Laser SC or at a push a SX, as the CX doesn't really do long turns which long runs require. Anyway, I'll see what the guy at G&S recommends on the 16th.
@Puzzoozoo you might want to ask about demo ski options so you can try before you buy... and usually if you do buy, they won't charge you for the demo option...
I imagine this ski resort will only continue on becoming more popular, because of it's fairly high altitude. Global warming is really starting to show:(
The glacier section was closed when I went but there is always next season... We will have to wait and see what the following seasons are like as I always try to be optimistic... :-)
next years plans :) thnx for sharing :)
You're welcome 😊 think I'll have to make another trip as the glacier section was closed
Be a while before I go black, have to do a season or two on green and blue before I venture onto reds.
I suppose it depends, some blacks are very easy while some blues are quite difficult. :-)
