Normally I'd say it'd be better to bleed it into an empty bottle and add fresh fluid - but for the ease of it and speed of bleeding the clutch - I'd say it's a good way to bleed, since the end of the pipe is in the reservoir, you don't get any air coming back, only fluid if anything. After it's done you can always just replace part of the fluid in the master cylinder tank anyway, so definitely useful stuff.
Well explained, useful video. Especially the trick how to press the metal pin in order to open the bleeder. I knew how to do it but I couldn't open it. After watching this the cluch fluid is replaced in minutes. Many thanks!
I recently changed clutch and master slave clyinder in my nissan juke but the gears often get stuck and i have to pump the clutch few times to make it work again. Any idea what can cause it ?
The clip and connector likes to stick. I lubricated Nissan Tiida 2008 with spray lubricant and it loosed up. The clip pushes down while you pull the connector sideways. I did the same thing with my Nissan Almera 2013 clutch and the connector pulled completely out and dropped the entire master cylinder brake fluid on the ground. The clip does completely different things on different models. The almera clip is totally sheit to say the least.
Why you bleed it did you just replace the slave cylinder that's why ??? My slave cylinder is leaking inside gearbox what should do is there any chance of stop this leak 🤔 thanks
yeah thas about it, only thing i do diferent is not blead it into the brake reservoir, so it dont contaminate the brake fluid on the brake system......................................
When I put in the second position it doesn't lock, because after the bleeding there pressure on the clutch and when I press on the clutch pedal it unlocks and get on first position. Can you give me any advice to how to lock it properly so that it stays on first position
Thank you for posting this... My 2013 Australian delivered Nissan X-Trail with the Renault 6 Speed Gearbox has this setup also... It worked a treat.
👌👌👍
Thanks for posting this. Worked a treat on our Nissan Tiida 2007. Its not identical but works on the same principle

Thank you, I was trying to figure out how to use that bleed whole. Much appreciated.
