I have been subscribed to you and her and am a part of the design sessions. Me and my kids binge watch you. My 4 yr old asks to watch Robinson Design. We are fiend out🤗😱. My 14 yr old is an artist and your design session on art has helped her to see what she does in a different light! Thank you for all you do and sharing all the time. Every time my son sees your videos he says “ I want my house to look like that!” So sweet and heart wrenching at the same time. I stay hopeful when my health allows it I will do more until then I will continue to watch you while keeping my dream home before me. Thank you again!

I love do it on a dime. Sometimes you have to choose between doing something on a budget or not doing anything at all. She makes me feel like I have no excuses to not having an organized life.

I have been a subscriber and fan of both you and Kathryn for a long time. I LOVE this collaboration! So often I watch your videos and think ... some day in my dream home, and yet I still am able to take away so many of your design elements and use them in my spaces. Thank you for being a "teacher" as well as a designer. Kathryn always has the best budget friendly advice that I use and pass along to my friends and young adult children. To see how you were able to shop with her and help her make decisions on where to invest and where to be ok with spending less was great! I hope there is another collab in the near future just like this one.

I so enjoyed the journey; you two ladies were so sweet to watch. As you stated, to get all that completed in three days would never happen in my world! The painter and electrician would not be available on a day's notice; they're always so busy and have to booked in advance usually. Somehow, you pulled it off. Beautiful room.
Honestly, the two of you bring tears to my eyes. You are so good together and when you were both in the car and Kathryn said she was star struck it was so genuine and lovely.

Rebecca - I have watched maybe 5 of your reveal videos on RUclips now. I've used the design concepts I've learned from you to stage an apartment I own for photos and an Open House. I have NEVER had so much interest in a listing before in my life! I really believe the way I accessorized the space made all the difference. The end result was I had the place filled with an EXCEPTIONAL tenant for a THREE YEAR lease in less than a week. Thank you so much for your videos!

This was so awesome!! You did a fantastic job. I love both of you guys channel. If anyone is deserving of a Rebecca Robeson makeover it is Kathryn. I love how you incorporated the items that meant so much to her family (i.e. the piano) instead of getting rid of everything. Definitely going to use that tip about putting the lamp sticker info under the lamp. The only thing that I wish was included in the video was the overall budget (excluding design fees). Since Kathryn is very much budget conscious and you are over the top luxury it would have been nice to know what could have been achieved on a budget makeover. Just by looking at the stores you all visited in the video I am going to guess somewhere in the neighborhood of $3,500-$5,000 for decor and labor (i.e. electrician and painter to paint one room).

This video is fantastic. Its the best makeover/collab video I have seen on RUclips. The results seriously looked like something out of a high end catalog. Rebecca's talent and skill was so upfront in this project. I consistently find I like her work, but this really blew me away. Simple items! I would love to be mentored by someone as skillful as she. I am envious and I would love her to design my home. I know I have good taste in what I buy, I just can't seem to develop the concept that I want to see.

What a lovely transformation and collaboration! Kathryn's entry and dining room looks great! The lighting made such a dramatic change! (Love properly lit art!) The statement piece in the entry was a great find and the fact that you can display your pretties as well as have some hidden storage is a bonus! (I'm all about hidden storage!)
Great idea for the curtain "cheat" as long as she never wishes to rearrange things. I'm hoping she'll return the shorties and buy the correct length now that the 3-day crunch time for the reveal is over! Personally, I would also have the sheers hemmed to just 1/8 inch above the floors... not only cleaner and easier maintenance but I prefer a long, sleek, elegant line without a break. I know a lot of people do "the break", but to me it looks like somebody didn't measure properly. I generally like to skim the floor with my curtains or in a more formal setting, it's great to go all out with a real puddle using a thicker, luxe drapery fabric... but to me a puddle would seem a bit strange with sheers or in a more casual setting.
You know how I love the little details when "hiding" wonky wood work or door bells! Easy fixes for things that are less than ideal. You worked your magic again, Rebecca! Kathryn is such a lovely lady and well deserving of all your brilliance! Great job and collaboration! Now I'm off to go enjoy Kathryn's videos!
I am just now watching this in 2020. This was SO uplifting and wonderful! It gave me so much hope as I have been feeling very down after losing my job in June due to the Pandemic. I am so glad I watched the video on Design on a Dime and now your video! You are an amazing decorator and I love that you shared your story of not having any money when you first started designing! I wish I could afford to subscribe to your design sessions and I plan to do so the minute I find a new job! I am crying as I write this as there are no words to express how much you both uplifted my spirits today at a time in my life when I needed it most! Thank you again.
Rebecca, seeing you walk into the Dollar Tree with Kathryn was priceless! It must have been an experience for you. The Dollar Tree is a wonderful place to go for someone with an Imagination. Seriously, the entire video was delightful to watch. My favorite thing was the centerpiece on the dining table. My second favorite was the wall with the windows on it.
