The salesman was very good actually. I have seen sales persons selling flats costing crores like one sells fruits or clothes. They expect you to commit to EMI payments of 15-20 years in few hours.
Nothing surprising. The buyers have made up their mind and want to finalize the matter. When one goes to vegetables and fruits market he actually buys.
I guess the salesman is a very thorough gentleman and for this time I would go with the salesman because it is tough to expect 40% discount on any project in Mumbai region atleast. Mr.Rao was correct about Covid factor and taking in the deductions but as the Salesman mentioned 1cr discount is unheard and that too for the most spacious flat in a project.
I really liked the way the sales person talked through the conversation but the critic in me feels that this calm/composed demeanor might have been temporarily induced by the lows in the real estate market brought upon by corona lockdown. Nevertheless, credit where is due. The sales man was a thorough professional.

I haven't seen my flat because it's on higher floor which is not ready but they have shown me same flat on 12th and 26th floor(as size is same and it's below my flat). Apart from that they have show flat but they show actual site to understand roomsize.
I have seen runwal forests. Terrible output. I also have seen flats at runwal greens. They have started leaking within a year of possesiom itself. Shame on their construction.
