Great Krish sir .These builders think it is easy to fool people.Many times the person is in need of a good house and falls prey to these marketing guys.Very difficult to select a good builder with a good project at a good location .Now people have moved towards investing in Pune more than mumbai
Dear Sir, I am a big fan of your work and i am currently working with Godrej properties and we have been doing the token system since 4 years+. Token is 100% refundable and we have always refunded the money without fail Godrej is one of the most ethical companies and i am proud to work in Godrej.

Godrej is also a crook. We booked flat in Feb.2016 and were promised possession of flat in June 2019 we paid 95% by Jan.2019, it is now Feb 2021, no sign of possession yet. Godrej is sitting idle on our money in Godrej Vihaa, Badlapur flats but at d same they are advertising new projects all over the city.
Yes i agree with you there are some developers who cheats to customer...but kindly go through the declaration (application form as per mr.rao) there is no where mention you have to buy flat any how or you will not get your money back if you cancel priority...yes mr.rao done very good job but that doesn't he spreading right answer...so my humble request is kindly go through declaration form once after that make decision... FYI money is refundable...at last it's your choice weather you have to buy or not no one is forcing or telling to buy Jai hind💐

Even when the representative said that money is with govt you were arguing for confirmation. Also for the Declaration form is not uploaded with RERA you cannot blame Godrej. He said he will mail you. I believe Godrej is real good not like Lodha. There is one more builder which is equally good like Godrej. Who are transparent. When second executive started talking in english you started discussing in Hindi.
