Great video William. It is so beautiful there. Did you finally get your drone working? I was reading that in Thailand a license is required to fly drones. Could they be blocking the airways near where you were having problems? And then again what I read I could be totally wrong lol!

Nice and good information. When I retire in south east Asia I will rent for at least 1-2 first years or maybe the rest of my life. As nice as it looks I am quite skeptical of the property market in Thailand.

@@williamtaudien So many reasons to be skeptical. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Doing a lot of research before buying is a very good idea. And don't count profit as a guaranteed thing if buying. The property market in Thailand can be like a roller coaster. It looks quite good right now for the near future, but things like political unrest and many other factors can wreck havoc on things in the long term, like it did in the past. Buy to live is better than buy to invest. I could go into many more details but I think it is enough ranting now. I am not advising for or against for anyone else. I am just voicing what I would do or not do 🙂

Love the building. Surprisingly there is a big disproportion in price between 33sqm and 77 sqm apartments.. Three times the price of the smaller ones. I don't think the big ones are actually well priced.

Why buy a $250,000 USD condo when u can rent for $500 per month? It doesnt make sense
From what I have seen, to get that quality, you would be closer to $1,000 - $1500. But still, 250k for 750 sf is highway robbery.
You can rent it out for probably 2000 a month or more

The problem with condos in Thailand is that some owners turn it in to a hotel and that the maintance isn't good so it's going to be shit in notime.... better rent and invest somewhere else
