He talks about how the quality of stream is improved, yet he still uses a dollar store webcam

As somebody who has a deep passion for calibrating peoples TVs and doing the job that I love it kills me inside how stupid he is thinking HDR just works out of the box. First you have to calibrate the TV then you have to calibrate the HDR many times it’s per game because the HDR implemented differently. There’s also the aspect of his tv might not even support Dolby Vision. And I remember before my Xbox broke that you had a pay $10 a year on the Dolby app to get Dolby Vision on the Xbox I always thought that was weird but it was something we had to do. That might not be the case anymore with a new generation of Xbox and PlayStation but to end my rant HDR on doom eternal is going to look 10 times different than say HDR on something bright like street fighter six or the other fighting game he is talking about. And for all of you out there that see this message if HDR is done correctly it’s actually a much bigger jump from 1080 to 4K if calibrated correctly and you have a TV and not a cheap one but an expensive one because HDR levels need to hit at least 1000 nuts and a lot of TVs don’t hit that they hit the 600 mark. It’s night and day difference. if I played video games for a living I would be learning all the newest features of TVs and video games instead of playing with men who stripped their clothes and wrestle each other.

I kept bumping into this issue on various games so I stepped away from streaming. If I get a capture card, will that scene blocking stop? Yes that will actually fix your issue. Sony has built in protections for certain scenes. It's basically a way to avoid spoilers but it's really dumb. If you use a capture card it side steps that.
