- October 20, 2023 MANHATTAN, New York - Mass arrests of Jews for Gaza in Midtown after thousands marched through NYC streets for Gaza meeting at the steps of at NYPL/Bryant Park in Manhattan earlier in the day. Protesters blocked the streets and dozens were arrested and loaded onto a city bus, demanding an immediate ceasefire in the Middle East.

I heard someone say that when you take an eye for an eye, everyone ends up blind. I'm not saying turn the other cheek, but gather the courage on both sides to work towards forgiveness with an honest intent to move forward to the betterment and fairness of both peoples. I understand standing with Palestine but, why don't i hear anyone protesting about the terrorists that come from Palestine? Sure, the people are under control of Israel, why, i don't get that? What i don't understand is, why didn't the people rise up against hamas when they had the chance? Did they just accept that way of life under duress or, did they welcome it with open arms? I never watched or heard a peep from them on tv letting the world know that were under the control of humas? What's up with that?

You're missing something. The people of Gaza voted Hamas into power 17 years ago, knowing they were already a terrorist organisation. They knew what they were voting for. The recent attacks on Israel just didn't involve terrorists; civilians followed them into Israel, taking hostages.
