A tip for those wanting to use this against riot shielders: There is a slight chance that a riot shielder can survive 1 shot from the drill charge ammo if its stuck to their shield while they're moving around. My guess is that the slug has an impact damage value that isn't listed. It probably just lists the slug damage but not the impact, since it still works like a grenade, which has an impact and explosion.

The drill charge ammo is going to obliterate building campers, lmao. I would love to try this on other Ground War maps, aside from the only three we had since release. Too bad SHG freaking REFUSES to add more Ground War maps. It's not like they can't just bring other maps in from Al Mazrah or Verdansk. There are maps in the core MP that don't exist in Urzikstan, so why can't we have some of the big maps from the last two Modern Warfare games? It just feels like we've been ignored. I'm honestly not surprised since Invasion mode on Popov Power lags for a whole 20 seconds for everyone about a minute into the match, and this has been an issue since the beginning of S3, of which has yet to be addressed. Edit: I know I'm complaining, but other modes are fun too!

I saw a weird interaction where my drill charge round stuck the shield but didn't kill the player. They did some fancy weapon swapping or movement. I still think this is the best option in terms of counter play against riot shields. Mostly bc you see them long before they become a close range threat. It's okay overall. If anything, I like just running around with it and shooting from the hip, spraying drill charge rounds. Sprint to fire time, does catch me off guard. Half of the time, the kills get stolen. Still fun.

Played against a full team of riot shielders using overkill with this kit and it was hands down the most annoying search snd destroy lobby ever, so i went back to respawn and immediately came onto shipment with a full lobby using it... I think its gonna further ruin the game😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
7:17 the purifier is only good in the open, if there are any exterior corners near by the riot shield will still win almost every time. If you turn a corner and stop, wait for them to follow, and then attack, the shield will win pretty much every time. It works well enough that I've made at least 2 players rage quit specifically by doing that since the purifier came out. The purifier seems to be a go to against shield users, but when I go 1v1 on shipment I can beat the purifier so consistently that players will stop following me and just try to camp a corner and make me come to them, which is why I carry thermites and ammo boxes. The RGL looks like it'll be more problematic than the purifier, by far. Thermite is still the #1 way to kill a riot shield user
