I dont know the name but we just happened to see road sign so it's public, not hidden. it was SO cool and a great break during my 8 hour drive home from Monterey Bay

Look up the orcas port and starboard. They roam the coast around South africa eating shark livers. Both have limp dorsal fins as they never go deep
