You could also use Diabolist gloves, the original Darth Malgus chest piece as alternatives or the Imperial Force Battler chest piece although that's rare to find these days.

I'm surprised the Dread Harbinger set didn't make it on here. its an absolutely beautiful set that works so well for the menacing warrior. I have about 15 outfits for my warrior and haven't switch to any of them since getting it.
I really like those sets and the Dread Mystic made it on the Sith Inquisitor list! I'm not a huge fan of the other two though- and technically, I think Dread Harbinger is actually a smuggler/agent armor!
@@Swtorista I dont quite like the Dread Enforcer armor myself but I do love the Harbinger and Mystic armors, Im pretty sure it is intended for smugglers/agents based on the weapons but it always felt a little too flashy in the wrong way for their style. Personally for me I think the Harbinger works great as a mara armor instead. It seems very agile for something like the Rage spec where you just fly around.
@@les2164 I concur. I really struggle with Smug/Agent armour sets. An agent is supposed to blend in so anything too flashy doesn't work also for obvious reasons an imperial intellegance armour isn't really suitable either. On the flip side Smugs are, imo opinion, even worse off as there's nothing that really fits my interpretation of the class except for the interstellar privateer sets but they don't dye well and still lack something. The only really good item is the tooth pick
I haven't played SWTOR in several months, but I am so going to start playing again once 7.0 rolls around. I've created, what I believe to be the BEST outfit combination in SWTOR for Sith Warriors. I use it for my Jug once he reaches max level; and I really hope I never see it on any other player's character (Lol I know it isn't MINE, I'm just kinda attached to it). Primeval Stalker gloves and belt, Malgus Reborn legs and boots, Calculated Mercenary cuirass, Mandalorian Stormbringer helmet, and finally a Black and Black dye module stamped to the chest piece for color unification. The Executioners Maw, with black and white color crystal and optional tuning of choice ties it all together into a complete badass look.
I usually wear the imp bastion or unrelenting terror set. I like to make my characters feel original and not piggybacking off the style of in-game characters like Marr or Malgus. Just my preference though.
I do like the Sith Recluse. It's my second favorite for a Sith Warrior. Currently I rock the Callous Conqueror armor with headslot hidden and Dark Red/Dark Grey Dye for my Sith Warrior main. For my Sith Inquisitor I like the Sovereign Executioner with headslot hidden and Dark Purple/Black Dye.
Trying to get back into this game after a 5-year break, and this channel is really helping me out! Thank you for your easy-to-follow videos, it makes to game a lot less overwhelming for a returning player :) Is there any chance for releasing a video that goes through the game's major changes from release date to the present day?

I wish Enhanced Assailant's armor made it in the honorable mentions, it's an old set that makes your character look like a fully armored killer cyborg, looks really intimidating, on male body type 3 especially :)
My main char was/is a Sith-Maro. I personally like to let him wear the red/black Gree armor - except for feet, gloves & helmet. Guess the helmet(sth. with horns and in the early years only from Operation drops but later as a drop from mission loot crates.) I like the presentation of your vids for years. I paused before the server merging(I was a former subscriber for years) and am hoping if I ever come back that my chars survived it. I really like watching Dulfy's & your SWTOR vids. What I like about your style is that you have knowledge about the game and the intelligence to exploit specific aspects with it with a sympathic calming voice. For me you are the the female version of Morgan Freeman of SWTOR youtube vids(if the narrator and the content provider are the same person and not a big team) - that should be a compliment/he is known as THE narrator of motion picture media after all. I could have compared you to the painter Bob Ross, too. You can be proud, on terms of feminism you are a positive example in that from my point of view. I don't think of another female great narrator besides you. From my point of view our small world has Morgan Freeman, Bob Ross & you. :) Maybe there are some other great ones for other specific topics. I love it which topics you usually choose for SWTOR. I used Imperial Bastion Gear like 1 year ago. The moment Revan Reborn Armor got back to the Cartel Market I bought it in an instant, dyed it Black/Deep Red. No other set is better for a Sith Warrior ;)
Sith warrior is the one and only saber class I play XD, my other classes are trooper, bounty hunter, and agent. Thank you for the great video as always, your channel has rlly helped me in getting back into understanding, loving this game.
I personally prefer the Eradicator set and mask. This armor is the one used by the unnamed sith warriors in the Alderan trailer and it's honestly one of my favorites.
haven't played SWTOR for ages, but i actually played in the beginning and therefore my sith juggernaut is actually wearing the Darth Marr Armor set haha felt great back in the day :)
my favorite armor for Juggernauts is the "Enhanced Assailant set + Remnant Yavin Inquisitor headgear" so all but the headpiece is Enhanced Assailant set and then you take that Remnant Yavin Inquisitor headgear. not sure if you can look it up, but if you want to see what it looks like, go on youtube and look up the video called "Sith warrior armor progression" and it is the last one for the juggernaut in that video. this combo makes you look 95% like that one, the color doesn't match exactly, maybe the right dye would fix it, but I couldn't find it, but I'm pleased with how the look turned out. it was originally suppose to be for juggernauts but they ended up giving the helmet to Marauders and it made me so sad, the one juggernauts got with the armor is really ugly (it still comes with the set). they got the rest of the armor but not the right helmet.
I actually wear the Imperial Bastion Armor on my Inquisitor, but only the chest piece & the boots. I wear the Revan Reborn Mask & Lower Robe and then some random belt and gloves I got from Command Crates. It makes my Inquisitor look SUPER INTIMIDATING! It's also a great set to dye. If you want to go with the traditional Sith Emperor look like Vitiate or Sidious, the Black & Dark Gray looks AWESOME! If you want something w/ more color, but you want to turn away from the red, go with Black and Dark Purple. With the black and purple dye if dye just the chest piece and then we can mix and match the red with the Revan Reborn Mask Lower Robe it's got a very unique look!
I just started playing again, after a fair absence - end of KOTET, it seems like there's a healthy population from what I've observed (pub late game till end game & Imp base game lvling a new toon).
Yes if you want to just be surrounded by players go to Star Forge server. Not that much on Satele Shan server but there was a huge spike of people there when Jedi Under Seige came out.
Good to see it's still doing well. I used to play years ago, one of the most enjoyable mmo's I've ever played. A true Star Wars game for sure, I might get back into it sometime soon.
All the armors presented are awesome! I even mixed and matched to make my own unique armor set for my Warrior. The helmet is Tikal Hordes. The Cuirass is the Sith Recluse piece. Hands are Remnant Resurrected Warriors. Belt is another Recluse piece. Pants are Ancient Infernal Greaves. Boots are Sinister Warriors. All dyed in the Black on Black color dye. Due to how I play him as a pure dark side user and butcher, the dye works perfectly as it makes the face plate of Tulak’s helmet white like a skull which just ups the intimidation factor of the set.
I made a light side Sith Warrior and I used the Resilient Warden armor with a White and Black color change (white being the main color) and it looks great ! Just stumbled upon your video so I'm glad to see this armor set here :P
Have played a warrior since beta and i can only agree with about 4 of the 10 you mentioned.. Malgus set is actually what ive worn since he hit the cartel..
The malgus reborn set is by far the most popular sith warrior outfit i see so many people wearing it and fir good reason it looks like a cross of malgus, vader, and it glows red and to too it off the helmet version of the mask makes your voice sound like star killer
I stumbled over your awsome videos because I played SWTOR back in the day when it was released. I immediately recognized your no 1 place because I was very proud owner of the set. Honestly if I could recover my Acc id gladly return playing :)
Using Freedon Nadd set on my pureblood male jugg, love the wings. It as well as Orbalisk armor (Darth Bane's armor) is usually very cheap on GTN. Design wise I really love the Callous Conqueror's set, but it just obscures features way too much and I spent too much time agonizing about my character's looks to completely hide them like that lol. Plus it tends to cost a couple of hundred million more than I have...
The Unrelenting Terror set has a really interesting texture to it. It almost has a carbon fiber in resin look. With the texturing suspended beneath a glossy clear surface. Plus it has flashlights bolted on everywhere. A Sith can never have enough flashlights.
I think that the Tier 3 Command Crate Brutal Exectuioner set should have made it on the list. It's seen a lot in high-level Sith Warrior/Marauder NPCs, and has that armor-and-robes feel that goes very well given the trailers of SWToR. Another set that should've come up is the Eradicator armor. Every single Sith Warrior fighting alongside Malgus in the OG trailer, and Alderaan trailer wears that armor; it should've definitely had a spot on the list. Maybe in lieu of Malgus.
@@Swtorista You could have included it in a similar vain to Darth Atroxia's attire - as it is another "robe with armor" set. Or it could've gone alongside Malgus', as you already included SWTOR trailer footage of those guys in the background.
I have a mix of armor's I use on my warrior. Either the Exterminator's set with the wayward warrior's mask or the Trophy Mask, or the Fearsome Harbinger set with full black dye.
Darth Malora's armour looks awesome in Red on Black, as in the opposite or her look. Speaking of her look, the dye she uses is the black and red one on the Cartel Market as the red is brighter than the standard black and red you can get on the GTN. The other armour I like to wear is Thexan's Robes with a red and black dye, though adding a black and red dye to it changes the grey centre piece to red.
I'm gonna be playing my sith warrior first for Onslaught. Between now and then it's all about making him looks as badass as possible. Anything with a cape.
My Sith Juggernaut wears a black dyed version of Darth Skotias armor, so hes a Cyborg. i even tuned his Light Saber with the android tuning so he has a robot besides him when he pulls his weapon, just like one of the mentioned cartel armors. I really like the Sith warriors style and movement. I think hes the most iconic class in SWTOR.
Sith warriors have soooo many really good armour sets. Probably the most in the game, with the possible exception of BH (though the Mandalorean armours often look awful on a female toon.) The Sith Recluse and unrelenting Terror armour also both dye really well which allow for greater customisation. On the other end of the scale Tulak Horde and the Revanite champion, two really good armour sets, are awful for dyes. Sith Recluse armour is also spectacularly good for mix n matchin armour sets. P.S You can also get Thana Veshs armour using Cartel certificates.
@@Swtorista If you do more armour set vids I would maybe recommend to advertise torf.mmo-fashion.com/ Its a good site for inspiration for new players. Especially as if you sift though the site you can get good looks without CC (though I'm not sure how you sit on 3rd party). What I also really liked about your vid is that some of them are CC free. Not everyone has acess to loads of CC gear and can't afford Sith recluse etc so it's really new player friendly. PS you could also maybe add a few dyes to your armour set vids. Especially half decent craftable ones as they can really enrich some armour sets. P.ps Apologies for lots of text. Sipping Xmas whiskey

Just a quick note: the Resilient Warden's armor set dyed with a white and light gray dye (craftable or from the GTN) works really well for a Jedi Knight!
Great video SWTORISTA, I saw all the different Sith armor and I really liked all of them. Again Cassian and the rest of my crew might have an issue with it but if helps me kick some Stormtroopers butt then I'm all for it!!!

I'm Free to Play, but I've found wearing a combination of Dread Marauder and Dread Corsair items with the Malgus-like flexiglass headgear has a sleek look to it with an excellent red and black color scheme. It's a look suitable for the Emperor's Wrath.
on an entirely different note, they need to make companion customizations bind to legacy or add more options to cross faction vendors in the bazaar. Republic classes get about 9 options for the deshade while imperial classes get 1 option for Qyzen which just makes him slightly less green :P maybe add an extra cross-faction security key vendor. Imps get locked out of the arguably best skin in the game for bowdarr.
Sith Annihilator is one of my personal favorites, though that may be due to the fact that I'm a F2P scrub. That voice modulator, though... Yeah, I know I'm late.

Sith Archon's set from the Adaptive gear vendor but instead of using the belt and helmet that came with it, I am using the helmet and belt from the Sith Annihilators set and it's dyed dark red and black. I'm also using 2X Kylo Ren lightsaber's with the black core red crystals.
I'm using the Dreadseed set on my darksided Twi'lek Jedi Knight, but I would think it would do quite well for the Sith Warrior as well. I know it takes a while to get, but it was worth it.

I love the Eradicator armor from the trailer. The mask most of all but it goes with a ton of other armor, like the Darth Malgus armor.
Eradicator seems to be a popular choice :D The mask is gorgeous.

For the Sith Warrior I like when the armor looks heavy and like it can take a flying tank in the chest and not even leave a scratch.

I mostly play Maurauders but my favourite armour in the game is definitely the Juggernaut's Renowned. Simple, yet very cool.

What I like about your style is that you have knowledge about the game and the intelligence to exploit specific aspects with it with a sympathic calming voice. For me you are the the female version of Morgan Freeman of SWTOR youtube vids(if the narrator and the content provider are the same person and not a big team) - that should be a compliment/he is known as THE narrator of motion picture media after all. I could have compared you to the painter Bob Ross, too. You can be proud, on terms of feminism you are a positive example in that from my point of view. I don't think of another female great narrator besides you. From my point of view our small world has Morgan Freeman, Bob Ross & you. :) Maybe there are some other great ones for other specific topics. I love it which topics you usually choose for SWTOR. By-the-way I never could find your in-another-video-mentioned video for/about 2019 comeback-users(you mentioned once the topic is about "if former players should return 2019 & what value it could have for them" or sth. like that. I used Imperial Bastion Gear like 1 year ago. The moment Revan Reborn Armor got back to the Cartel Market I bought it in an instant, dyed it Black/Deep Red. No other set is better for a Sith Warrior ;)
Glad I learned about the iokath armor set . It gave me a reason to try the dailies on that planet and my marauder needed a new look

I use the eradicator set a lot, I love the mask and the overall aesthetic of of the set.
The mask of that set is so detailed, I really like it.
You should do videos that show the changes you mention when certain armors are sent over to the Republic Side. It is definitely a video I would watch.

I personally prefer the Eradicator set and mask. This armor is the one used by the unnamed sith warriors in the Alderan trailer and it's honestly one of my favorites.
haven't played SWTOR for ages, but i actually played in the beginning and therefore my sith juggernaut is actually wearing the Darth Marr Armor set haha

Man I’m rocking the Darth Revan Armour
my favorite armor for Juggernauts is the "Enhanced Assailant set + Remnant Yavin Inquisitor headgear" so all but the headpiece is Enhanced Assailant set and then you take that Remnant Yavin Inquisitor headgear. not sure if you can look it up, but if you want to see what it looks like, go on youtube and look up the video called "Sith warrior armor progression" and it is the last one for the juggernaut in that video. this combo makes you look 95% like that one, the color doesn't match exactly, maybe the right dye would fix it, but I couldn't find it, but I'm pleased with how the look turned out. it was originally suppose to be for juggernauts but they ended up giving the helmet to Marauders and it made me so sad, the one juggernauts got with the armor is really ugly (it still comes with the set). they got the rest of the armor but not the right helmet.

I actually wear the Imperial Bastion Armor on my Inquisitor, but only the chest piece & the boots. I wear the Revan Reborn Mask & Lower Robe and then some random belt and gloves I got from Command Crates. It makes my Inquisitor look SUPER INTIMIDATING! It's also a great set to dye. If you want to go with the traditional Sith Emperor look like Vitiate or Sidious, the Black & Dark Gray looks AWESOME! If you want something w/ more color, but you want to turn away from the red, go with Black and Dark Purple. With the black and purple dye if dye just the chest piece and then we can mix and match the red with the Revan Reborn Mask Lower Robe it's got a very unique look!

I love having hoods for my sith so Darth Malgus and Fallen Defender will be my go to sets for my DS Warrior.

I just started playing again, after a fair absence - end of KOTET, it seems like there's a healthy population from what I've observed (pub late game till end game & Imp base game lvling a new toon).

Yes if you want to just be surrounded by players go to Star Forge server. Not that much on Satele Shan server but there was a huge spike of people there when Jedi Under Seige came out.
In numbers, theres far less people playing than 3 years ago but since they merged the servers its always very crowded
Good to see it's still doing well. I used to play years ago, one of the most enjoyable mmo's I've ever played. A true Star Wars game for sure, I might get back into it sometime soon.
The "Charged Hypercloth Aegis" set looks like someone who wants to rule them all, find them, and to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Unrelating Terror has got to be my favourite, it looks a lot like Darth Vader, also Thana Vash's armor looks great on Lana Beniko!
All the armors presented are awesome! I even mixed and matched to make my own unique armor set for my Warrior. The helmet is Tikal Hordes. The Cuirass is the Sith Recluse piece. Hands are Remnant Resurrected Warriors. Belt is another Recluse piece. Pants are Ancient Infernal Greaves. Boots are Sinister Warriors. All dyed in the Black on Black color dye. Due to how I play him as a pure dark side user and butcher, the dye works perfectly as it makes the face plate of Tulak’s helmet white like a skull which just ups the intimidation factor of the set.
I made a light side Sith Warrior and I used the Resilient Warden armor with a White and Black color change (white being the main color) and it looks great ! Just stumbled upon your video so I'm glad to see this armor set here :P
Have played a warrior since beta and i can only agree with about 4 of the 10 you mentioned.. Malgus set is actually what ive worn since he hit the cartel..
The malgus reborn set is by far the most popular sith warrior outfit i see so many people wearing it and fir good reason it looks like a cross of malgus, vader, and it glows red and to too it off the helmet version of the mask makes your voice sound like star killer

Using Freedon Nadd set on my pureblood male jugg, love the wings. It as well as Orbalisk armor (Darth Bane's armor) is usually very cheap on GTN. Design wise I really love the Callous Conqueror's set, but it just obscures features way too much and I spent too much time agonizing about my character's looks to completely hide them like that lol. Plus it tends to cost a couple of hundred million more than I have...

The Unrelenting Terror set has a really interesting texture to it. It almost has a carbon fiber in resin look. With the texturing suspended beneath a glossy clear surface. Plus it has flashlights bolted on everywhere. A Sith can never have enough flashlights.
100% agree with Darth Marr's armor being the best. I have a variety of versions including the battlemaster versions, and always use them.
I wish they'd make The Return of Malgus armor available for players via the CM or something, it looks dope imo

I think that the Tier 3 Command Crate Brutal Exectuioner set should have made it on the list. It's seen a lot in high-level Sith Warrior/Marauder NPCs, and has that armor-and-robes feel that goes very well given the trailers of SWToR.
Another set that should've come up is the Eradicator armor. Every single Sith Warrior fighting alongside Malgus in the OG trailer, and Alderaan trailer wears that armor; it should've definitely had a spot on the list. Maybe in lieu of Malgus.
I keep hearing eradicator and it definitely should have made the list at this point!
@@Swtorista You could have included it in a similar vain to Darth Atroxia's attire - as it is another "robe with armor" set. Or it could've gone alongside Malgus', as you already included SWTOR trailer footage of those guys in the background.

Reaver set is one of my fav
I have a mix of armor's I use on my warrior. Either the Exterminator's set with the wayward warrior's mask or the Trophy Mask, or the Fearsome Harbinger set with full black dye.
Darth Malgus set with Revan Reborn mask is my go-to set for Sith Warrior
Darth Malora's armour looks awesome in Red on Black, as in the opposite or her look. Speaking of her look, the dye she uses is the black and red one on the Cartel Market as the red is brighter than the standard black and red you can get on the GTN.
The other armour I like to wear is Thexan's Robes with a red and black dye, though adding a black and red dye to it changes the grey centre piece to red.
I'm gonna be playing my sith warrior first for Onslaught. Between now and then it's all about making him looks as badass as possible. Anything with a cape.

I've fall in love with the Iokath Annihilator Armor Set. I even made a new Sith Jug just for it.
My Sith Juggernaut wears a black dyed version of Darth Skotias armor, so hes a Cyborg.
i even tuned his Light Saber with the android tuning so he has a robot besides him when he pulls his weapon, just like one of the mentioned cartel armors.
I really like the Sith warriors style and movement. I think hes the most iconic class in SWTOR.

Iokath is the one I have. As soon as I seen it in the preview in knew I was destined to grind that shit out.
Sith warriors have soooo many really good armour sets. Probably the most in the game, with the possible exception of BH (though the Mandalorean armours often look awful on a female toon.)
The Sith Recluse and unrelenting Terror armour also both dye really well which allow for greater customisation. On the other end of the scale Tulak Horde and the Revanite champion, two really good armour sets, are awful for dyes. Sith Recluse armour is also spectacularly good for mix n matchin armour sets.
P.S You can also get Thana Veshs armour using Cartel certificates.
Good tip on the thank set, I forgot about that! And yes, warriors are spoiled rotten for armors!
@@Swtorista If you do more armour set vids I would maybe recommend to advertise torf.mmo-fashion.com/ Its a good site for inspiration for new players. Especially as if you sift though the site you can get good looks without CC (though I'm not sure how you sit on 3rd party). What I also really liked about your vid is that some of them are CC free. Not everyone has acess to loads of CC gear and can't afford Sith recluse etc so it's really new player friendly.
PS you could also maybe add a few dyes to your armour set vids. Especially half decent craftable ones as they can really enrich some armour sets.

Great video SWTORISTA, I saw all the different Sith armor and I really liked all of them. Again Cassian and the rest of my crew might have an issue with it but if helps me kick some Stormtroopers butt then I'm all for it!!!

I'm Free to Play, but I've found wearing a combination of Dread Marauder and Dread Corsair items with the Malgus-like flexiglass headgear has a sleek look to it with an excellent red and black color scheme. It's a look suitable for the Emperor's Wrath.

For me the best it's the unrelenting terror's set, it is not better than tulak Hord's set but still love it
on an entirely different note, they need to make companion customizations bind to legacy or add more options to cross faction vendors in the bazaar. Republic classes get about 9 options for the deshade while imperial classes get 1 option for Qyzen which just makes him slightly less green :P maybe add an extra cross-faction security key vendor. Imps get locked out of the arguably best skin in the game for bowdarr.

For classes I love the sith warrior armour and story. It's all about power and rage
Sith Archon's set from the Adaptive gear vendor but instead of using the belt and helmet that came with it, I am using the helmet and belt from the Sith Annihilators set and it's dyed dark red and black. I'm also using 2X Kylo Ren lightsaber's with the black core red crystals.
I like the old black hole hole armor set for Warriors with a black/black dye, and the voice changer on it just makes you sound menacing

I'm using the Dreadseed set on my darksided Twi'lek Jedi Knight, but I would think it would do quite well for the Sith Warrior as well. I know it takes a while to get, but it was worth it.
