Mussels in the HeroCamper…

1 kg. mussels
1 glas of white wine
2 tablespoons of butter 🧈
1 small onion 🧅
2 cloves of garlic 🧄
1 pinch of 🧂
1 pinch of pepper
1 pinch of dried chili 🌶️
1 handful of parsley 🌿
- Clean the mussels.
- Chop the onions.
- Hot pot and add the wine, butter, onions and spices.
- In with the mussels. Lid on.
- High heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Throw in the parsley.
