  • Driving downtown Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in 4k.
Pittsburgh is a fantastic city in western Pennsylvania. This city is known as the city of bridges, and it does not disappoint. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the number of bridges and tunnels leading into the city, with many skyscrapers and unique neighborhoods. Pittsburgh has a lot to offer many people. I hope you enjoy the drive as much as I did.

Pittsburgh's downtown looks so much better than my city's(Atlanta) downtown. It's more condensed & looks better that way, & it makes more sense to be that way. There's also a great mix of old & new.

It is safer than the Atl as well. But that is because the city area is so much less populated even compared to the 1990s. The best thing about Pittsburgh is that is an affordable mid-sized city with most big city amenities. It is not a 24/7 city like NYC though.

Thank you, I loved the video. On what day of the week was this filmed and time of day too? It's usually more vibrant and busier. Just wondering... thank you, again!

This use to be my stomping ground back in the 80's. When there were 4 movie theaters, Trailways bus station, Woolworths, Lerner's, GC Murphy's. Clothing and shoe stores aligned Fifth Ave. Part of Liberty Ave was the place to go for hookers, porno and game arcades sandwich in between...lol. Go figure? Fifth Ave Place was the Old Jenkins Arcade building. Kaufmann's at one end of town and Joseph Horne's at the other. At least they've kept the tradition of the latter by hanging that ugly Christmas tree on the building....lol...and the list goes on. Some of the best years of my life. All the best stores are gone and some parts I hardly recognize.🙁
