  • Roger Reaves is a former pilot and drug smuggler who employed Barry Seal & ended up in prison for 33 years in 26 different prisons, in 7 different countries spanning 4 continents. His friends and associates spanned the globe. From Medellin Cartel kingpins Jorge Ochoa and Pablo Escobar; to "Mr Nice" Howard Marks and the infamous Barry Seal who was Rogers close friend and employee. In his early 30’s he was making over $1 million a day flying back and forth to Colombia and he eventually hired Barry Seal, and Roger gives vivid details to their relationship up to the very end of Barry’s life. Roger escaped from prison on five separate occasions; was shot down in both Mexico and Colombia; and tortured almost to death in a Mexican prison.

This man is a legend. Literally every story has enough excitement that a normal person could live in a whole lifetime. I wonder why hes just now deciding to do interviews? And i see all the people saying how the stories are incoherent and random but i dont think any interviewer could have possibly anticipated he would be this articulate and good with telling the stories and after all, its ALLOT of information. Literally his whole life he was doing something crazy everyday. Great video bro thank you for this gem

True. Roger remind myself of a late cousin of mine so much. He stayed right on boarder line of the law his whole life. Yes he crossed line few times and spent time in jail over it.. But very soft spoken, very easy guy get along with you couldn't help from liking the guy. That appears how Roger is. I love to listen to him tell his stories. And Roger got the official history you know he is not lying. Guy need atleast a high budget documentary made of his life. He lived a thousand lifetime's in 1 of our normal lifetime's. Wasn't nothing boring about Roger's life.

Guest was a legend... Incredibly corrupt does not begin to describe the actors involved in such things, completely unbeknownst to the general public, and strictly forbidden to speak about. Being a sixth generation Floridian with family roots all throughout south FL I've learned about a thing or two... I know many stories about Mr. Reeves, having grown up in the offshore powerboating, gunsmithing, and aviation business; my father has worked in the aviation business since he was a kid (solo'd at 16), and he grew up around some of the OG offshore powerboat racing crowd/boat builders. One of my dad's good friends (famous boat builder Don Aronow) was murdered by some of the same shady people that ran in the crowds Mr. Reeves and Barry Seal knew... Namely Ben Kramer the hitman he hired to kill Aronow, Bobby Young. Kramer was part of the Myer Lansky crime family, a man who has a long history of connections to a certain country/intelligence agency, who to this day are seldom known to have been associated with enormous events in U.S./international history... Events in history such as the JFK assassination (via Permindex front company), RFK assassination, Israel/MOSSAD stealing 600 lbs of enriched uranium from the NUMEC plant in Pennsyvannia, and then smuggling it to Israel (known as "the Apollo Affair"), and much much more... I'm sure Mr. Reeves didn't want to mention too much as he's still afraid of the consequences, but be assured he was around said people, having hinted about his stay in a synagogue during this podcast. As history, and recent events have shown (Kanye's comments), lets just say that there is a certain group of people you dare not criticize that have a huge involvement in many facets of government, media, shady events history, ect... Let's just say Barry Seal was not given any protection and allowed to be murdered because he knew too much, having been exposed to crooked ass people such as the whole Arkansas crowd (Clintons), Ollie North (CIA), Myer Lansky (MOSSAD), ect... Just a bit of a tip, next time do a little more research on your guests so you don't interrupt the flow... It was still a great show, and I'm sure it'll only get better in time...

Now, to stall a DC-3 like that and recover at low level means he was an extremely talented and ballsy pilot. It weighs a lot and was a tank. It's like flying a bus. Getting shot with 20mm cannon and .50 cal in the tail, for it to stay in the air at level flight is a challenge, but for him to pull that stunt... That is absolutely insane.
