Ultimate Hunting is coming out in 2025 and they just released a full-length Official Trailer with actual gameplay footage and it looks very interesting and really beautiful! We also check out all of the information for the new game on Steam and learned many of the details of the game such as how many species there will be on each reserve (16 each!), weapons, species and more! I am very excited to see this new hunting game come out and will DEFINITELY be playing it and checking it out! Let me know what YOU think of ULTIMATE HUNTING and whether you plan to play it!

do you think EW adding tigers in the newest map was maybe partly due to this game showing them up so much?

The big game species should be fun to hunt its a video game meant to be fun. I miss the old Cabela games where they had dangerous big game. COTW is more passive that's why we don't even have Zebras in Vurhonga. Tigers was a great addition but they need to rework Lions, Bears on some of the old maps also. There's no reason for Sunderpatan to be the scariest/dangerous map.
Yeah Lions need to work as a pride to hunt you down in the tall grass. That would be cool. I do see however Tigers were over exaggerated on how they hunt you pre map launch. They are dangerous but not that dangerous. They go down pretty quickly especially when they reveal themselves from distance. Making way too much noise.
At least they've fixed African Lions abit. They run away from gunshots and don't freak out by just standing near the water now.
COTW could take away tents, reduce outposts, allow creatures to go to need zones at random times preferably during times they would normally in real life of course. Not set times. Make it more unpredictable and realistic.
Also make creatures respawn with completely different stats everything you boot up the game/map. Keeps things fresh and interesting.
COTW is super fun but the potential to be even better is there.
Tents could be refunded of course. The game should know the amount you've brought in the database.
@@ben0189what’s the point of taking away tents? What’s your problem with them? Just don’t use tents if you don’t like them, there’s no need to take the DLC away from players who use tents just because you apparently don’t want them.

You are right. I agree. Crazy idea. It's on the player how they use them. If a player finds enjoyment in killing tons of animals within minutes good for them.
If a player enjoys spending 15-25 minutes finding creatures in one area by walking around the map. Only using tents to access areas that a miles from outposts. Good for them.
I use tents. They are spaced out. Not set up to blow away animals to kingdom come within seconds. The Fast Travel Buff has increased this because animals don't spook from fast travelling now. My tents are set up where I can spend 15-25 minutes exploring and killing things on the way.
Take the new map. I will have a tent on the main river at the bottom of the map. Walk along the river until I reach the other side of the map. I'll put a tent near some woods and go exploring in the woods for 15+ minutes and have a absolute blast.
I've been playing the game for 9 weeks and already logged 410+ hours. I absolutely love the game and brought all the map DLC. Alot of the Weapon & Equipment DLC too. So don't get me wrong. I've come from playing JWA hardcore for 6+ years. I would spend 30 hours a weekend in tournaments. 4-8 hours hunting outside most days. I digress abit. Haha Love hunting games and TheHunter is absolutely amazing.

Crocs in Africa, what a great idea. This looks a lot like an arcade version of Way of The Hunter but these are curated scenes and not a lot of game play I suspect.

@@vimaranis4865 COTW has signs in Africa warning if Crocs, But they were an Easter egg for the Mississippi map.

way of the hunter just added a remington rifle pack with 7MMPRC and 375 H@H so happy to have a 7MMPRC AND 375 H@H in a hunting game 😄😄😄 now i need to find a elk to take my first shot with the 7MMPRC. ultimate hunting looks interesting
Looks like EWs mantra of not being able to hunt something in-game because it’s endangered in real life might be in trouble here!
I mean just the African map alone in this gives you the chance to hunt animals that people have been begging EW to add to vurhonga for YEARS!!!!
I'm happy to see that another game like this is being made, I mean, it's great for me to switch between games whenever I get tired of one, it prevents the games from becoming boring. I currently do this with cotw and woth

This is exactly what I was hoping for in COTW. As a South African I relate to this map. Hope this is a major wake up call and they are already working on the South African map. There are so many animals to choose from.

Hi LadyLegend, this looks good in the trailer have to wait to see how it is when it is released i have cotw and way of the hunter i like both games i play cotw more than way of the hunter i got the sundarpatan nepal map i've had fun so far the tigers are awesome and all the other species are as well

I think COTW is just unbeatable. I feel like in the future ew will add things like baiting and elephants to the game and we will get our wish. Cool looking game but COTW will always be my favorite
The one thing that surprises me is you carry the animal back to a camp to clean up for eating. That’s what I’m thinking. It’s probably gonna be kinda bad graphics at the release but it’ll work. I really wanna go through the process by skinning the animal. This game feels like it’s gonna be a success.
For those who like to kill 5-7 yaks (bisons, buffalos) at once at a watering hole, to carry these corps will be hard.
If the game releases in a year or two year I will not buy it
Some of the graphics look awesome where some look like a mobile game, but with a year to go hopefully it will improve. Really exciting to shoot some different animals & would love to know how big the maps are as we see a truck in trailer

This actually seems to be a bit more realistic in the hunting strategies to me. Also I do agree that suppressors will make the game too easy but the weapon customizations are one thing I think COTW is missing out on. Not everyone wants the same features out of a gun so why are they one size fits all? Another thing is I wish we could change the set ups of the arrows. Archery hunting isn't as simple as picking up that 600-grain arrow and walking out so let us pick the broad heads and fletchings to adjust what we want to shoot. The game really seems to be on point but most def seems choppy in the movements and not fluid at all. If it could be fixed this game could be a win for sure.

As a person in South Africa, I can proudly say, the hunting grounds here are exciting
I feel like everyone is a little too harsh in this game you can’t judge a book by its cover and you shouldn’t judge a whole entire game based on one trailer and this game is still in development as well

The first shot of the deer is good but the blurry scope doesn’t seem good. But I’m very excited for the elephants and maybe also giraffes

I am truly looking forward to this game. Anything but that PITA heart in COTW. Hopefully this WILL be realistic, and not animals hearing you walk 1/4 of a mile away.
We have to keep in mind this game comes out in 2025. Lots of time for things to improve. I think everyone got used to the fluent motion of call of the wild. Hunting games in general are not very smooth.

I’m not a fan of the scopes but this seems like a solid game it definetly has the potential of dethroning the king having amazing graphics and new game mechanics that cotw doesn’t have

Cool ideas, but I’m not getting my hopes up too much without some solid gameplay. I was not impressed by that janky bear or scope, hopefully they improve by the 2025 launch.

I dont think any of this is real gameplay. Or at least very little real gameplay. It looks heavily curated. Almost on rails. Hopefully the full release is more call of the wild esque.
Approaching this with wary interest. Cannot find any Ultimate Games titles reviewed by IGN, nor have I heard of any of them ,mostly cheap Switch games and a few simulator games on PC and Xbox (Bakery sim, Metro sim, that kind of thing - oh, an a masturbation sim, seriously!! No review scores on anything🤔
The fact that they have NPC's in the game is a big plus for me. I'm tired of CotW's storylines without anyone to interact with - It makes the stories they have way less interesting and souless imo.

Change calibar from 270. to 300. bad customization. In real life you need change many thinks like thread for gun to put barrel. And you get bad recoil if you not using correct barrel for that gun.
We need to see game mechanic.
