Glad the backup camera changed. I drove a 2023 pro 4x when it came out. My only complaints were the headrests were horrible, and the backup camera video quality was unacceptable
I did 18k miles in 9 months on a 23 pro4x model including reasonable off road, not a single issue. Nothing fancy, It’s a work horse, can easily drive it 10 hours per day.
I got a '24 SV last November & love it. Convenience and tech package. Less than $40K. Love the new wheels and bigger screen on this '25....but don't know if that makes if worth $5K more. Still no LED headlights on a $45K truck is a head scratcher.
I just bought that exact truck coming from a 22 Nissan Frontier. I like that updated improvements, but that damn driver's seat still has that ghost in it that keeps moving it by itself. I also like that the radio has no functions related to the vehicle in itself. Now the cargo box underneath the passenger reel seat doesn't have the pins to use netting on anymore. The start stop feature is freaking annoying and looking into a permanent way to disable that gimmick.
I'm glad they changed the color of the grill, and revised the front bumper. Now the SV is looking more like a pro 4x. Last years model looks like a rental vehicle.
How do you ignore the camera quality year after year after year. It’s 2024. Every vehicle should have standard HD cameras and all should have standard LED lights on all vehicles, all trims.
An SV Long Bed Frontier has a payload capacity of 1200 lbs which is too low in my opinion. Nissan did a great job refreshing this truck but the one thing they still need to improve is payload capacity! A long bed sv should have at least 1500 lbs for payload! Fix this, nissan!!!
@Commentleaver-c6x The entire rest of the world cares about payload capacity in a mid sized truck. No one in south America, Africa, Australia, etc wants to drive around in a giant gas guzzling 3/4 truck just so they can get a decent payload capacity. It's only in north America that we have these plush riding pickup trucks that can't carry more than a few bags of mulch without being overloaded. Nissan discontinued the titan and titan xd so there's no danger of the frontier cannibalising the other trucks. There's no excuse not to give people a 2000lbs payload capacity in a basic 4x4 Crewcab long bed frontier like the rest of the civilized world.
@@przemeksledziewski1973 maybe I should have said nobody in the USA cares about payload in a tiny midsize truck. People here interested in hauling a lot of stuff buy trucks more suitable for that.
You can add that option. I have a 23 sv and it’s got them. They are included with the sv premium package, which also includes leather seats, premium Audio and sunroof. It’s quite a bit more but worth it. I’ve heard others say the halogen lights are terrible on these trucks, to the point that sometimes you can’t even tell they’re on.
People keep questioning why there are no LED headlights on this spec. I own vehicles with and without LED headlights. It's ridiculous how such an insignificant item like stupid LED headlights even in question. Absolutely not worth the hype. It's just another way manufacturers can manipulate consumers out of more of our money.
@robertsn6584 you need it explained ? Really ? Sure they are brighter, they are bright enough to blind everyone else on the roads in the opposite lane. I have a vehicle with LED and a Vehicle without. I drive both on a regular. LED are not worth the cost or even significant enough to care if a vehicle has them. It's just another joke to squeeze money out of sucker consumers like YOU.
@JI814 exactly, many people who have them could care less about making sure they are aimed properly because we are surrounded by a bunch of selfish scumbag children that think they are good adults. Bunch of idiots is all we see.
Needs to have a manual option. I do not care about a wide screen, heated seats, or electric seats. The rest is great. But w/o the manual… I have no interest. Enough said.
Come on Nissan get rid of that ugly steering wheel you could’ve given it the latest generation pathfinder steering wheel the steering wheel looks like a previous gen pathfinder

The 24 grill looks better than the 25 they could of left it alone

I love to hear that because I bought a 2024 sv and ima use it for work I’m on the fwy 24/7 I have 9k miles in 4 months
Nice review. I still wish they did the Pro 4X in the King Cab like they had in Canada the past few years.
Just wished they had front LED lights like the pro4x.
You can get led lights with the sv, I have one and it has them.
@@Commentleaver-c6xwhat package has that?
@@mrtstacklebox on the 23 it’s the sv premium package, only available in crew cabs. I’m not sure about the new ones.
@@Commentleaver-c6x good to know
@@mrtstacklebox it looks like they may have changed it since they added the SL Trim level. You may have to get that to get led now.

I would like that screen in my 2024.
Does it have a trailer brake controller?
I'm waiting on the new X-Terra.
Are they coming out with a new one because..... that would be something worth waiting on ?!

Why no LED front lights on this trim? Dumb!!
Because they have to justify the price difference of the pro 4x
