Yep. Shane uses those jokes to bolster the community and connection to the Downs peoples. Schulz used it to belittle and bully them. Shane has been around the Downs community for all his life therefore he gets the right to comment - especially has he frames it in a positive light. Schulz doesn't really have the right. @@jaylov8933 gillis has also expressed how much he loved his time coaching a special league ball team... dawg rly seems to have a v deep respect, love, and sense of admiration for fringe minorities, and i personally appreciate that sm. respect to u for sharing your opinion regardless 🫶
perhaps you should view more comics.. I'd recommend Carlin, Pryor, Burr, Williams, and Chappelle
Everytime I watch Shulz podcast, it feels like the people on with him are just laughing to keep their jobs 😂😂
i was battling my crippling boredom after 12 am and stumbled upon this channel. now i have a new purpose in life. thank you
I think it's so cool that Shane manages to just laugh at the weirdness when Schultz gets unpleasant af
just shows who shane really is, real ass dawg, they don’t make em like this anymore
@@rrauly1166 He's a "real ass dawg". Kinder words were never spoken.
@@dishonoredundead hahahahaha
The guy with long hair seems kinda chill he got carried away with the joke and caught himself then apologised and moved the conversation on for everyones sake
He is the only on that show that seems somewhat genuine
Shane says that ONLY HE is allowed to profit off down syndrome jokes
Idk who he is but I'm instantly a fan.
17:32 massive respect for shane by just calling this out in their face. not easy to be the only one standing against 4 other people
Shane is that comic you can send to any normal dude and he will cry laughing. So many guys you have to “understand “ their style of comedy. Not SG. He’s just funny
For me it’s the way he laughs when he’s telling jokes, he’s just so endearing and that makes him funnier 😂
Cos the key art of Standup is being likeable, no one wants to laugh at your jokes if you're an insufferable asshole @@maverickx1221
@@maverickx1221 Him laughing at his own stuff is what makes it a lot of the time for me. You can tell he's just having fun what he's doing, and trying to make everyone else have as much fun as he is.
Phewwee he took a hot second there to gather his thoughts… said “no I’m gonna do it, I’m gonna say something”, called them out and made it clear he meant it. Good on Mark to make a joke off of it to keep the pod going whilst taking the video off and genuinely apologizing. Mark caught that fumble and seemed to really understand “oof he’s right this ain’t cool”
I noticed that too - the second he went "I'm actually sorry" you could see Shane visibly relax
Andrew is the type of friend who wakes up everyone else to tell them he’s going to sleep… 😆
Haha 😂
Or the kind to wake you up to tell you they CAN'T sleep.
I would gladly 2v4 fight Flagrant alongside Shane.
The “punching Down” line was so good, it immediately diffused the situation. And it was getting tense too… well done. And then he even apologized, and said he was genuinely sorry and felt bad for bringing up the clips. Dunno that guy’s name, but I was impressed by him in that moment
Yeah he seemed like he was being genuine, he didn't mean to actually upset or insult Shane and saw it was actually fucked up what they were doing.
His name is mark. Hes got honestly one of the best podcasts out rn. Its called camp gagnon. Should check it out. Hes way more entertaining when hes leading the show.
Nah I think you are 100% spot on with the Down syndrome stuff. Shane thinks it’s hilarious that people look down on them and sees the beauty in the way they look the world. These dudes were just laughing at specific people and looking down on them. I think he was torn since them making fun of him for looking a little Down-ish is totally fine with him.
Schultz never got the "Chappelle approval" unlike Shane.
In fact Schultz got Chappelle's disapproval
that approval almost means nothing now but Schulz is still the ass in this scenario
Schultz was my shit when I was drinking
Who the fuck cares about the Chappelle approval?
@@GarrettFromThief Andrew Schultz probably cares :p
Chappelle is so overrated
Schulz is a real-life I Think You Should Leave character, holy crap.
Schultz is that passive aggressive guy who is used to getting over on everyone, but flips out when someone flips the script on him.
