- Hamburg International Music Festival, 2024: The NDR Elbphilharmonie Orchestra plays Beethoven's impressive Ninth Symphony under the baton of Chief Conductor Alan Gilbert. The furious finale culminates in Friedrich Schiller's poem "All men become brothers" - accompanied by the Rundfunkchor Berlin and top-class soloists.

the best is the 3rd movement
I like the live version better, although its highest resolution is 720p60, it sounds more musical. I am puzzled.
Fehler... Diese Präsentation fand letzten Sonntag, den 5. Mai, statt. 2 Tage vor dem 200. Jahrestag seiner Premiere in Wien, Österreich. Ich war dort.
Das Konzert fand an zwei Abenden statt, am 3. und am 5. Mai - der Livestream wurde am 3. Mai gesendet, von diesem Datum wurde auch der Mitschnitt erstellt. Freut uns sehr, dass Sie das Konzert live gesehen haben!

Not Bad for a Deaf Guy!
Beethoven made Mozarts death easier to take for the Viennese public. After all he had character flaws. He didn’t follow protocol. Also his hygiene must have made his various host wonder more about him.
