So basically the Indian government doesn't want us to become rich. Because making money in foreign futures market is a lot easier than making money in the Indian option market.
I don't agree 100% but I do agree with intention of this video. RBI/SEBI restricts Indian residents from remitting US dollars for sole purpose of Margin trading. LRS states this very clearly. But if Indian citizen already have US dollar stationed in US Banks/brokerage, there are no similar restrictions on Indians to open a brokerage account to do margin trading sitting from India. Brokerages need something called W8BEN form to be filled by Indian residents which will be forwarded to IRS
Even a nri who is a citizen of india can not trade in fno out of the funds transferred through LRS . Please clarify this issue in next video on this subject. If my observation is wrong, please reply here for may clarification. 🙏
Good content sir. This is what your followers expect from you ❤. In past 2 years, watched almost all your videos, and I saved 10L, Invested in Nifty 50 stocks, Pledged and doing option selling successfully only because of you. Hope one day I will become big guy and this video content will help me that day. 😊
I have been intraday trading in US stock market from last 6years, government does allow there are many firms who you can trade with .always remember u just have to go through Indian firms ( brokerage firms)
I believe, the reason is different: Indirectly our money will be massively moving to the US, which is not good for India. The heavy gambling in SEBI-controlled BSE/NSE is dumping 95% of the stock market traders. That is the major revenue of the government. Also, a critical matter is that the Indian stock market is constructed so that 50% of the earnings will be going as charges. Its worst system in India.
Good morning sir, make video for option trading in US from UAE. So far no good video available. I heard margin to sell call or put so high there,,,you must have definitely the solution
You have often said in your videos that you are trading in US markets through some friend's account. Pl explain how that is done. I have my relatives settled in Canada. Can I trade through their account?
I never understand one point in Mr Sundar talk. That is short covering. In India we cannot short sell a stock in a long term, then where is the short covering. If there is not short covering how come there will be a short covering rally.
I watch your video, not just to click 👍button but clarity to understandable in simpliestic way.....also in other way of looking..perception...for retail level
I invest in NASDAQ regularly using a popular broker and my experience is smooth and never faced issues till now. One can restrict their investment well below 7 Lakhs and for many its a considerable sum. I don't trade stocks I hold for a long term, given the rupee depreciation profits in USD are commendable. Also its a good diversification method.
Indian market is less volatile, high liquidity in index trading and good risk control mechanisms. Therefore trading in Indian market is comparatively easier. One can argue that there are many options of trading instruments and investment vehicles in US but your trading success does not guarantee based on that. Since 2020 DII participants have increased dramatically along with direct retail participation and including GOI pumping money so hard in Indian markets by EPFO and Lic 😊, therefore Indian Market is the best to trade.
Very informative video, have been watching many of your videos Can you please give some information on how to trade in Indian option market from UAE. Please share your thoughts.
Sir now for Non resident u need to be 220 days outside india. This was changed couple of years back. So if u stay in india for 140 days u become tax resident
if one is trading with US prop firms providing futures trading without any investment from our side , then there might be no legal complications , right ?
I wanted to ask one question. Let’s assume a scenario where a person A has a demat account and he earns more than 1 crore per year but everything he does it through a demat account. Now let’s say he doesn’t withdraws any amount into his savings account and continues putting his trades for the next financial year immediately before the broker automatically transfers the idol money to savings account , So my question is , The 1 crore which he earned in the previous year is taxable for that year or next year. The above question is for indian resident indian market
