I like the snow. It's realistic because it looks like it snowed last week. My own roof is similar because it did snow last week here in the C/S! However my favorite part is the bike rack on Santa's slay. It SLEIGHS! How come you aren't in it? Don't you think the manager deserves a minifig? Anyhoo, it's great! 👍
Idea for next year (if this is an annual event): Have bicycles pulling Santa's sleigh instead, each ridden by a minifigure in a reindeer costume! This was a Series 23 CMF.
My only suggestion is to get a Christmas tree light kit. Or two. Like the one on my DS9 chandelier. With ten blinking RGBs that plug into a USB. That's all i got to make it better, not that you need it, but it'll catch more eyes.
I love the addition of Santa! Would there be a way to create a few more slabs/patches of snow which hold together by themselves and could just lie on top of the tiles, and have just one or two stud connections where you could take those one or two slope tiles off and attach the slab of snow?

Yeah I thought about lighting it but opted out.

Possibly I went pretty lean on the roof snow.
Nice! Great looking X-mas tree! And what did you use to get the Santa Sleigh to "fly"? Are there some transparent support pieces hidden below?
Mostly plates building the right runner into town roof
Santa is awfully small lol
Started watching his health this year. :)
