Nice bike ... i also own a Slim S in military color theme from 2016 ... iam from Belgium and the older they get the more rare they are becoming, its like you never see one on the streets enymore.
And yes the military look and honoring the WWII vets is the biggest reason why i bought this bike back in 2016.

Yeah I don't see these bikes too often either. I love the fact you bought this bike to honor the WWII vets. That's very cool.

@@TheCodgerBiker probably you don't see that kind a Slim S often because this engine is really really a ticking timebomb (110cui SE) :D

I have one with 1000 miles on it by far it’s my favourite Harley that I’ve ever owned. I have probably owned over 25 Harley Davidson’s this one does everything just right!
It’s a timeless design, it honours Harley Davidson’s lineage, it will do nothing, but go up in value! The 110, CVO motor is probably the best engine that Harley has ever produced,
    Definitely a keeper

I bought mine new in 2016. I have a touring bike also but will NEVER sell or trade this one in. Mine is modified with ape hangers and got rid of that crappy stock seat. Plus I added the forced air breather. It is a bad ass bike. For its size and weight it is a VERY easy bike to ride. I have ridden mine over 500 miles in a day and other than changing the seat had NO issues. Plus cruise control makes this a great ride. Being shorter this bike fits perfectly. At 5'6" my feet reach the ground flat footed.

I've got a 1200 Nightster, w/ same riding position and open pipes. Don't usually wish for a big incher, but this old codger would go for that bike!

Nice bike. I get the impression that you kinda liked riding that bike. Last time I looked..... you had some room left in your garage :)

Great bike but too low. Definitely not for canyons…
