    Hi Gus,
    Loving your recipes and the organic authentic Latino way you cook. I once went to a restaurant in NEW YORK City and ordered the chicken you are making. Gus, it was horrible burnt and dried. Definitely going to follow your recipe. My father would skin the chicken skin and make fry chichahornes (spelled wrong) so delicious, have you ever try it ? Can you tell me the size and brand of the pot you use for cooking? Thank you for sharing.

      I am so glad you liked it! I am using a, 4.5 quart, enameled cast iron pan, also known a “Dutch Oven”. There are many brands, of which Le Creuset is probably the most expensive! If you don’t care to that much money, go to Home Goids or TJ Max and buy one there.
