to the point, exactly what I needed to update bios, but didn't resolve my high noise fan issue,replaced with exact fan and it is so loud its unbearable

I have A53 (M/T 9277 A14) thinkcentre desktop & I wish to upgrade windows 7 to windows 10 but windows 10 installation gives blue dump error with "unexceptional handle error" after successfully getting RIGHT Mark tick on FINiSH setup & system gets restarted.
I checked the bios setting & enabled the Legacy Free function but still the same issue, now OS is not there in the system

Does anyone have this pc with a TPM? I have a M series with TPM 1.2. I have a E series and it does not have a TPM.
