    Amazing! Most chefs will scorn those who change/adjust their original recipe ("𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘺 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘤𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘦 -𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘵𝘴, 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘥𝘰 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥!"), but chef Hanbit actually *encourages* us to adjust his recipe to our liking! 👏👏👏

    Thanx, Chef! I loooooove hazelnut praline, for me it's literally THE BEST THING EVER... Anything with it, you know it's gonna be good. And this Nutella is waaaay better than store-bought. And a funny story, if you are going to use a blender, just make sure it's "tough enough" to hadle the praline. I broke mine when I made Nutella, but it was so worth it and it was an excuse to get a more powerful one and a food processor, too. 😂

    I was waiting for this recipe since you did the Hazelnut Praliné. I'm a little confused about the shelf life, your suggestion is. Storage: Keep it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. (to be honest, it lasts up to a month) But why that short time, because you blend chocolate, cocoa powder, and hazelnut praline with all these ingredients, has a long shelf life? Thank you!

      yeah there's actually nothing there that would actually go off - but as with any homemade stuff you don't put any preservatives and there's risk of contamination so I keep the shelf life short.

    I’ve learned so much from your videos! I wanted to ask if you can do a series on savoury baking? Like savoury scones, biscuits and doughnuts? Thanks!

    Nice recipe, very well explained! I have a question: is it possible to add a pinch of salt as a taste enhancer?

    Hello chef, thank you for all the little details and advice, they really make a difference! Your recipe is perfect in both flavor and texture, I tried it with great success! I have a question: since a typical store “nutella” contains milk, if one tries to imitate that flavor and substitutes the dark chocolate for milk chocolate, how would this affect the ratios? I guess you need to put a bit more?

    • @HanbitCho
      @HanbitCho  3 года назад +2

      hmm i guess so? not sure...never tried it. try testing it out! I think hmm less of milk chocolate - it's more runny and sweet.
