    Great video. One of the best tips I can give any model car builder is if you do it to a real car you do something to a model kinda only difference is it's smaller and made out of styrene and glue and paint so sometimes it's easier and harder onodels but same principal

    A very detailed and well done instructable, however, all you need to do is enlarge the center of the "disc" where the wheel sits in until you achieve the desired stance. I've done it multiple times and it saves all that steps you did there but congrats on a job well done!

    thanks bro! great techniques but my only concern is that you don't see the shocks after you drop it with the tubes, i guess you could just use the aftermarket metal spring "shocks" for 1/25 scale. do you think it would work to fit those springs in there?

      Check out HLJ.com, they have cheap shipping from japan and the kits are really cheap. If you're in the USA I believe amazon.com also has good deals with free shipping. stick with Tamiya (and maybe aoshima) if you are a beginner - they are the best quality imo

    Where can I buy a kit? Or what is the brand name? I am in the US

    • @eXiteVideoMagazine
      @eXiteVideoMagazine 7 лет назад

      301Media hey! There are all kinds of kits available in Japan. I'm assuming that's what you are looking for. The big makers are Tamiya, Fujimi, and Aoshima. It seems like they are make different models and versions of certain cars. And of course, the die hard modelers all have their brand preferences. When I was in the US, I used to get mine from eBay, and sometimes the local model shops had the Japanese kits, too. Hope this helps. I live in Japan, now by the way, so if you need anymore help, maybe I can help you out.

    this is the worst how to ive ever seen, you need to lower your suspension arms and not keep it at the same level. like a real car it goes up when you lower a car.just make a slit in the suspensionarm and bend it up, so it also goes into the wheel. like it supposed to be, so your scale wheel can fit like it should.also you cut the spring??????? just cut the mm"s you need under sthe spring

    FYI this technique cannot "be adapted to any model car." This only works for a small fraction, and it doesn't work for anything I own. You might make note of that, because this was a disappointing waste of time for me.
