You need to let your guest talk more. This could be a great podcast, but the best podcast like Shawn Ryan show, jocko podcast, etc the thing they all have in common is they do not interrupt the guest and they make sure the guest gets their full thoughts out before talking. I don’t mean that in a bad way, but I really think it will help u all grow.
Dude.... lol, you need to prepare lol. I mean, just wingin it is great, a natural flowing conversation/interview is great.... but you have to have a knack for it. In other word, you gotta be good at it. If you can't wing it.... you gotta prepare lol 3:34 is an example.
