It was just awesome visiting Samara and getting to meet you both! I think you may have filmed this right around when we stayed at Sea Casa? I’ve always really enjoyed following your channel and after finally experiencing Samara and Playa Carrillo in real life lol, it’s even more fun to watch now🏝🌊🏄🏻‍♀️😎. I see you purchased Lotus’s new favourite laundry detergent!! 😂🤣😜 We will come for a longer visit for sure when we are back in CR.

Great videos! We were in Samara 5 years and coming back later this week. I can't wait to be back. Nice to see other Canadians down there doing well.

Hey Chris. It looked like you paid for your groceries in cash. Curious why?
We opened an account at Banco Nacional awhile back. Use their Atm for just about everything now. They don’t charge you to use it. Super convenient. And makes it easy to keep track of what you spent that month and where you spent it.

I don't blame you , we lived with alligators in Florida. Every body of water had preditors in it. They would eat people's dogs and cats . I don't trust them 😆. Thank you for sharing. We never would live near bodies of water because I have pets.

The sunset looks amazing! We are actually going to be in Samara in the next week - what is the current situation with Red Tide? Are we able to go in the water at all or is it just when there are dark spots? Does it come and go, or is it a permanent thing? Thanks! :)

Are the roads there the main cause of car issue's? I'm moving from the states to Puriscal in the Central Valley in a couple of weeks , about what can I expect to pay for a good used car? Would you suggest getting a 4 wheel drive? What models do you see the most ?

    • @TheDufresnes

No the main cause is age just like any vehicle. Prices range and an awd or 4x4 is best like a Honda or Toyota

Love your videos! We are a family of three from the Okanagan preparing to move to Costa Rica. I heard that children are required mandatory vaccines for covid, is this true? Would this apply to temporary residences? I would love to hear your thoughts, thank you.

Been following for a while. I remember a video way back about purchasing a car. We are moving in a couple months to Costa Rica and need some guidance buying a car. Any suggestions or contacts of someone to inspect a potential purchase? Thanks,
