    Some ppl can wake up at 5 and some ppl can't. I forced myself to wake up at 5 just to see if it would benifit me in anyway. Just the fact that I forced myself to get into this habit I proved to myself that "I could do it" which them have me the trust in myself to do other things. So, to each its own. As long as your productive at some point in the day your on the right track😄

    Such a great short talk!
    Super inspiring! Getting up and just going through the day, maybe struggeling the moment you wake up, the whole day can make you even weaker then you started it!
    I will definitely will start tomorrow with a new morning routine!
    I also wanted to start my MMA workout again, this sounds like a plan! 🙂

    I really don't think that getting up at 5:00am is that magical. You have 24 hours a day regardless of when you wake up. But I think most people are spending from 8:00-1:00 in pure escapism habits(tv, eating, playing games, surfing the web ect). The real value is GOING TO BED EARLY and not when you wake up. Once you wake up early you are more likely to focus on positive uses of your time instead of that time being burnt in rabbit holes. Sleep enough. If you are always tired you won't be productive either.

    It's a process!!! Eric Thomas said it best: What's your why?? Working a full time demanding job and trying to get my Cleaning business moving requires time management. So, if I'm up at 4, dont have to be at work till 8. Thats 3.5 hours to work on me!!

    I do not understand why it is so difficult for some to get up by 5 am. I get up at 4:45 am every single day. I go to sleep somewhere between 9 and 10 pm every night. Just wanted to let everyone know that this habit doesn't require going to bed extremely early.

    • @turdferguson12

      It certainly requires going to bed early for some of us. I have to get up at 3am so I go to bed at 5:30pm. Sleep is a requirement for a healthy life.

    Is 5am not kind of the regular time for most to wake up? I mean most people have to be at work by 7am so I would think that 5 or 5:30 is the most common wake up time.

    Why is it so important to get up at 5AM though? Who cares at what time your morning routine is done, you can do the same at 10AM.

    • @SoowDeJu
      @SoowDeJu 5 лет назад

      @Jonathan Bowen I feel the same way. I get that getting up earlier gives you more time to do you morning routine, but sometimes people seem to take pride in getting up as early as possible. Or they seem to thing that that time is somehow more valuable than orther times of the day. I do agree with the light aspect. Light is important and as a night person I struggle with that from time to time.
      Thanks for the article I will check it out!

    • @mauricedavis1740
      @mauricedavis1740 5 лет назад +2

      i think the only reason why you are so triggered is because you know you can't get up that early. When you get up around 5 or 6 in the morning your day is starting before everyone elses, so you have the potential to get more done. By the time everyone else is getting up you could be already relaxing or you could just be out working them simply because you had a jump start on the day. There's nothing wrong with getting up at 9, 10, or even 11 it's whatever works for you at the end of the day, but that person that wakes around 5 or 6 in the morning and uses that time right will always get more done than you...
