I'm definitely hyped after the trailers and gameplay and specific classic features returning - But I will say I'm still not a fan of armor / plating being in zombies, weapon rarities or even loadouts. Armor and weapon rarity just feels too much like warzone and Zombies never needed it before. Loadouts I've never been a big fan of mostly because it removes the big power crawl when it comes to zombies and removes reliance of wall weapons and the box which are both core features of zombies since the very beginning. I hope they blow me away with zombies this year. The last time I thoroughly enjoyed zombies was Black Ops 3. Cold War was fine but felt ultimately too casual/easy for my enjoyment. I grew up with Cod Zombies since the dawn of it in World At War Zombies. I do like seeing the game evolve but I don't like how overtime it feels to me that it lost its identity. Black Ops 4 had some good things in it like the fantastical maps but changing the perk system and how the pack a punch functioned was a big no-no and didn't need to happen in the first place. Cold Wars maps felt very basic and hardly had any differences from their multiplayer/campaign counterparts ,at least not enough to set them apart and make them totally unique experiences - Loadouts and Weapon Rarity and Armor felt shoehorned in to me in Cold War Zombies and didn't add anything to the experience and just further took away the identity of the game-mode feeling more in line to what a warzone player might want. Glad some people enjoyed it , I like Cold War zombies but it left alot to be desired for Classic players like myself at least in my experience with it. I do and honestly hope this game brings back that classic feel at least a tiny bit. I love Zombies and I want to see it grow and evolve but I also don't want to see it only cater to one specific demographic , for it to be only concerned with pulling in newer un-experience players. I do believe in recent years Zombies has taken a backseat and the classic players like myself haven't been wowed in recent years with anything zombies related. Fingers Crossed
the zombies UI is literally a reskin from MWZ some parts look like they weren't even changed from that game like the perks, zombie TTK and obviously the armor and points counter are taken directly from warzone i think what everyone is annoyed about is the changing of zombies simply for warzone players
While I get the criticism, with Cold War I personally still found it enjoyable to play. Yeah I think they could’ve most definitely changed the hud for zombies for BO6 and tweaked some things to give us more of a classic feel but at the end of the day I’m still pretty excited to see what treyarch cooks up

Now that we finally got something in zombies to look forward to mfs be looking for shit to complain about. Like 1 fucking thing is bad and suddenly the whole game sucks🤦♂️
Exactly, sure it looks very similar to black ops cold war but they say that like it's a bad thing. cold war was awesome and I can't wait to see the zombies for this game
@@phr3ui559 I mean Cold War zombies was fun. Vanguard, black ops 4 and MWZ were just outright awful imo. I definitely get why people are upset with how the game is looking so far but I’m just trying to be optimistic and having an open mind because I do definitely see the issues people have with the game so far that being the hud, health bars, no barriers and it outright feeling like MWZ again. Hopefully treyarch can do something to make it all blend together well
